The room was spacious.
The toilet was very old, with toilet shower not working properly.

The riad was not ostentatious, but was beautiful with an air of tranquility. Dounia made our arrangements, including airport transfers. Youness was helpful with our particular needs in Marrakech. We enjoyed getting to know him. He is an exceptional young man. The inner terrace was lovely. Our breakfasts were tasty, and served by two friendly assistants. Our room was comfortable. Our location was central.
We missed our city tour because we weren't feeling well. Run down from doing too much in Fes. The guide who Dounia had reserved for us graciously offered to cancel our tour at no charge when I told him that my wife would not be going. I wish I had had two more days to see the things we missed.

Exceptionally friendly staff. The room is spacious and unique with Moroccan style. Beds are comfortable. Heating and air conditioning are all available. Plus it’s a quiet place so you can sleep comfortably.
The bathroom needs improvement - it takes long time to have hot water and there is no water in our room for one morning. Also the lighting isn’t bright enough.

The room was functional and had everything we needed. Bathroom smelled of sewage the entire time, had to keep doors to bedroom closed. Room needed a paint job/update
