Good size clean rooms, good size bathroom and good shower. Rather than putting isotonic drinks in the fridge, maybe just some water instead. Otherwise the room and the staff were great, and a central location
The entrance is not clear - a little tricky to find, as was the elevator. Other than that, whats not to like?

Central and easy walking distance to a lot of the city . Small but comfortable room for one person , might have been a bit cramped for two ? But if you plan on being out all day would be fine . Clean and bed was good . Had a fridge and coffee making facility. Supermarkets near by . Ceiling fan but no windows . Easy to get an uber or taxi from the airport . Efficient check in .

First of all, amazing staff which was super helpful and even showed us all the things to do in Bilbao on a map we got to keep. The cleaning staff was super nice and also gave us lots of tips, and room was overall good and clean.
No AC, the room got pretty hot even with an electric fan, which meant we did not sleep too well. This is probably not too big of a deal if you are not staying during a heat wave.
