the concierge was super knowledgeable and we were able to check into our room 4 hours early, which was a huge relief and made our short stay in bilbao that much better. great location and very clean and spacious rooms. the artwork was top tier as well.

Great location, close to Guggenheim and bus stop to airport.
Room was small, no breakfast. Also the bus to the airport won't stop if it is full, we had to take a taxi.
