Great value, comfy stay and excellent breakfast.
The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, my husband said it was the best night's sleep he has had away from home. We especially appreciated the jug of fresh milk in the fridge - we hate UHT! Breakfast was first rate, wonderful full English, great choice of alternatives if that's not your thing. Very friendly staff. So nice to stay somewhere with character.
Very little to fault really, as we would definitely stay again if in the area. It had been very cold weather before our visit and I think the room had been empty as we booked for the second weekend of January - the room took a while to warm up, we used the extra blanket provided so it wasn't an issue!

It could have been slightly closer to tge harbour and town centre rather than the top of a hill.
