A beautiful house in a lovely quiet village, train station nearby, and a character old pub within walking distance with excellent fish dishes. Kate the owner of Manor Farm Oast is the perfect host, willing to go above and beyond to make your stay delightful. A real find for the perfect stay.

Breakfast was excellent, choice made the night before. Location was perfect for meeting up with friends the day after in Rye Harbour, only a 12 minute drive away, and I was able to walk to the local Pub for an evening meal in a few minutes. The village itself had really nice walks in every direction. I liked the selection of drinks and snacks available in the room.
Really can't think of how this could have been improved on.
