Perfect location, responsive host

Excellent apartment. Self check-in (you can arrive anytime) and reserved parking spot behind the gate. Quiet neighborhood. One bedroom for 3 plus a sofa in the kitchen for 2 people. Enough space for up to 5 people and 1 car. All equipment, including dishwasher and washing machine. Heating and air-conditioning. Warm and cozy. Few steps away from the shop (opens 8:15) and from the main train station. To visit Venice island(s) you need: 1.5 Eur per person for train and 25 Eur per person for "vaporetto" boats for 24-hour tourist ticket (unlimited number of boat rides on ACTV boat lines (with numbers, not characters)).

Bathroom is a bit narrow, kitchen table is small; not recommended for tall people of 2m or above :) Water heater is gas-powered, it takes a bit to get warm water and to adjust the right temperature. Just be patient.

Pleasant stay. Only downside will be the shower’s heater. Apart from that, all good.

Superb location. A lot of food options nearby. Property is near to the train station. Well-maintained property.

The space was a bit cramped for four adults. We also experienced an issue with the shower heater — the knob and shaft were loose, so we there was some difficulties to switch to the warm water setting.

Really enjoyed our stay. Could have an easily stayed longer. Loved waking up early to the sound of the birds chirping.

Location, nice and spacious and clean. It also had a washing machine and clothes hanger outside, which was very convenient. Was great location close to the train to get to Venice. The host was so lovely to deal with and so helpful.

Excellent location for visiting Venice. Walkable distance to the train station & Only 10 minutes journey to Venice on the train.

AC was not enough for the entire room. Apartments may be more suitable for couples rather than families with kids as most of them prefer a quiet place.

Perfect place in Venice, really clean, helpful host

This place was perfect for a visit in Venice. Next to the train station yet very quiet. Very clean and really well equipped with everything you may need. Parking space a big bonus if traveling by car. The host was very helpful.

Disappointing

The location, it was really close to the train station.

The room was not clean, after walking for 5 minutes you could feel all sorts of dirt sticking to your feet. The single bed and extendable sofa we not so confortable. On booking.com they said they have parking, but they do not have enough spots: 4 spots for 7 apartments.

Great apartment, all the needed amenities to fix meals and have cool, comfortable nights. Very clean, well maintained, everything we needed.

Hot water was very sporadic. Luckily it was very warm outside, so a cool shower was ok.

ideally located for trips to Venice

the property was very clean and well equipped. the description for accessing the property was clear and everything was as described. we could park amour car on the property, but the area seemed safe so that the car could have been parked on the streets as well. the location of the property is ideal for trips to Venice. the train station is a 5 min walk away. and the tram station which can be used to go to Venice as well is a less than 10 min walk away.

the property has very thin walls. we travelled as a family of 5 and since we had just a stopover of 2 nights, but three of us slept on sofabeds which weren’t that comfortable and the apartment was quite packed by using the sofas as beds. Tipps how to get cheapest to Venice would have been great - we found out, that we could have used the tram with our ACTV 24h ticket as well on our departure day. takes a bit longer, but could have saved money for the additional train fares.

Exceptional

We got apartment no.7. on third flor. Apartman was a nice and clean. Kitchen have all what you need for cooking(pans, bowls, salt, oil, caffe, ....) In bathroom there is all necessary. We have had a small problem and contact Elisa, who have quick respond and we finde a solution for it. Apartman is so close to railway station who goes directly to station in Venice. Price per person is 1.7euros in one direction and they are so often.

One bad had a bad mattress. But for night or two it can be used.

The hosts had provided everything possible that one would need for a few days of stay. Extremely thoughtful and clean place. and very convenient location. Close to the Mestre Train station and bus station.

Unfortunately there is no lift. But of course this is not their fault. So headsup if you have heavy luggage.

Proximity to the train station I liked leaving!

Everything except proximity to train station. Bed configuration was not as stated 2 beds instead of 3. Rude, unhelpful staff and owner when we complained that our 16 y old son and 14 yr old daughter couldn't sleep together. Told we may need to pay more Dusty and dirty walls. Red light area- very unsafe. Parking 'unavailable' Shower was abysmal hot and cold barely had water coming out. Tight narrow stairs hard to get to 2nd floor with luggage

There was cooking oil and spices available . A well lit apartment with easy communications with the organiser and on a quiet road. Very good place.

The local population of mosquitoes meant we needed to keep the windows closed but otherwise no problems.

Exceptional

The location was amazing! Just 3 minutes away from Mestre train station, where every 5 minutes or so were trains to Venice (the ride was about 10-15 minutes) Easy to find Everything was super clean! The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, so I wouldn't be afraid to stay for longer than 4 nights. Bed was comfortable The walls are thin, but there was no noise - it's not close that close to the main road and there are no bars/clubs/restaurants within 100 meters around the property - there are apartment blocks around. Excellent communication with the host and coordinator Would definitely book again

No balcony (we knew that beforehand though) Absolutely no pressure in the shower (the apartment is on the 3rd floor) Also, you moved the battery a little bit and it changed from freezing cold to boiling hot or vise versa. The biggest downside was the mosquitoes! We killed 7 during our 4-night stay and I was bitten over 20 times. I understand that it isn't the host's fault entirely, but maybe installing nets into the windows would be helpful. And no, we didn't open the windows at nights with lights on....

Good location and quiet one.

The position of the apartment is very good as it is close to a train station. Basically - the main idea is to have a good connection to Venice and you get it. The area is quiet and safe. Apartment is appropriate for 3 persons. Parking is available.

Before going there - check on which floor apartment is. There is no elevator and if you have a heavy bags - it could be an issue. Don't expect a lot of extra space but in any case - you want spend to much time in the apartment.

Really a nice stay

We really enjoy our stay in this cute flat. Everything was great, kitchen with all things you need. Very good communicated to Venice. The communication with Elisa was also excellent. Thanks a lot!

Good place for a couple or a family next to the train station

Very nice place, very well equiped, very clean and at a maximum 5 minutes walk from the train station! I would recommend it to 1 single couple or to a family!

Near the railway station. Private car park. Comfortable bed in the bedroom, clean linen.

The apartment is nicer in the pictures than in reality. There is an unpleasant smell in the apartment (perhaps of cigarettes, we don't know exactly). Air conditioning is only in the hall. The fan was not sufficient. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom and living room. Dirty dishes (especially glasses) - we have a disgust to use them. We had to wash everything we needed to use beforehand. The apartment should be cleaned better. The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable. Uninteresting industrial area. It seemed dangerous at times (we hit two fights in the street).

Perfect stay

The appartement is in a very good location, less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station from where you reach Venice in 12 minutes. Secured parking inside the yard is perfect! The appartement itself is really cozy, perfectly clean and the kitchen well equipped! The contact to the owner/ her assistant Elisa is lovely. She really cares for her customers! We had a wonderful stay! We will be come back next time!

Very tight for a family stay. Will suit only 2 people. Apartment is on second floor with no elevator. Very congested bathroom facilities. Strong chemicals used in cleaning which took two days for the smell to go. Sofa bed occupies most of the lounge/diner. No space for sitting
