Gris Apartment: Venice Mestre

It was a great location for visiting Venice. Lucia was a great host. Checked us in and was very kind and stored our luggage the day we checked out do we could visit Venice

Walking around late at night our girls didn’t feel very safe

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and communication was easy. It is also conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to reach Venice.

The biggest disappointment was the parking. The listing suggested there would be secure parking, but when we arrived we were told to park on the street. As the apartment is close to the train station, the area felt very busy, especially in the evening, and we did not feel comfortable leaving our car there. In the end, we had to pay extra for secure parking nearby. It was also very hot at night. There is only one air conditioner in the living area, and the bedrooms do not receive enough cool air, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Considering these points and the additional parking cost, we felt the apartment was overpriced.

Posizione ottima, vicina alla stazione e a due passi da un supermercato

Impossibile comunicare con lo staff, non rispondono alle chiamate, solo per messaggio. Casa lasciata un po' andare, lavandino di cucina con l'acqua che andava via dopo secoli, tubo della cappa lasciato appoggiato sopra la caldaia, odore sgradevole e continuo nel bagno, sporco sotto al divano
