Nice location but AC needs attention

Prime location in front of the station. Some snaks, coffee, and detergent supplies are helpful.

AC is automated and cannot control by the guest. Although the host is generous enough to assist us to change the temperature but each time we need to ask someone is a bit hassle. The first night was cold. Water pressure of the shower is not strong enough.

Best stay in Venice 🤩

The location was exceptionally convenient, and the apartment was quite cozy and delightful. It was truly the best stay we have had in Italy, and we certainly hope to return.

Great location for the train station, clean, bit of a dodgy area

Very clean and functional apartment. Brilliant location - right across the street from the train station. Helpful and responsive host and easy to access the apartment and pick up the keys. Good kitchen with a fast hob, large and spacious bathroom and comfy main bed. Were able to access the apartment early which was appreciated.

Area wasn't great - felt unsafe at night with lots of men hanging around the road. While the apartment was really clean, the building it's in was dusty and a bit dilapidated. AC worked in the main room but didn't blow through to the bedroom very well. There were two mosquitoes in the apartment which is probably not unheard of for Venice in August but we didn't have repellent and unfortunately got bitten.

Great connection to the city, easy check in, close to shops, parking spots. Convenient, simple place

The main thing is the location: it's super convenient to jump on a train and get to the city in 10 min for 1.5 EUR one way. We were by the car, so that was a perfect option, where we could park, have constant acccess to the car, but also easy access to the city. Trains are very frequent. It was also very easy to check in, which is super important for me. The apartment itself is nice, but not something I would emphasize on in case you are looking for a fancy place. For me, it was more a place to have sleep and easy connection. Not more. Still, it was good enough, as it has kitchen, enough space in bathroom, very close to shops.

It was not very light inside and the air was a little humid in the apartment. Not sure if it's the building, or it's typical for the area. Do nnot expect picturesque views from the window. Otherwise, nothing critical.

Wonderful stay

Loved the interior. It was actually the first time I saw a classic interior mixed so well with the modern and functional. The bed and pillows were great. The TV choice was also great, because it had a button on the remote to switch audio languages more easily so we could watch movies in the original English rather than dubbed in Italian. Check-in process was smooth and quick. Location is amazing. Right across the street from the train station and no noise whatsoever from the outside. In fact, it's so close to the train station that when we arrived we missed the building and went up the street 2-300 m in search of number 161. We appreciated the water left in the fridge for us and also, the cafe downstairs makes great sandwiches.

Everything was perfect. The location is as good as it gets. Literally across the street from the train station. 10 min ride into the main island. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.

Ok stay for coming back from a long day trip.

Great location. The host was relatively responsive, but we waited 10 minutes at the front door to get her to open. The directions were very clear.

The room was very dark with insufficient lights. Only flat sheets were provided and not blankets and we had to argue to get them. When we asked for another sheet so the kids will sleep better, they asked for an extra charge - that was very infuriating. The AC wasn't working smoothly.

Superb

The location and facilities in the room was very good. The apartment is opposite the Mestre train station. Very convenient for traveling.

We had to asked for the blanket because they didn't provide it in Summer. The cloth rack was small and installed at the wall outside at the balcony. Late check out wasn't allowed becaused it was the high season. However, we could pay for the luggage storage at the train station.

Great option to explore Venice from Mestre

Nice, big apartment very close to Mestre train station. Restaurants and shops close by. Easy check-in and communication through WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend this place!

Elevator is quite small and couldn’t take our buggy. We had to carry it a couple of flights up the stairs each day.

Just excelent!

A lot has been written here about the excellent location and the wonderful hostess, it's all true. I would like to focus on the equipment of the apartment. Unlike many other apartments that I rented on Booking, everything in this apartment is thought out and planned to the smallest detail. All pieces of furniture and utensils are specially selected for this apartment. There is everything you need for cooking, washing, ironing and a great stay. The staff are very nice and take into account all the wishes of the guests. Thank you!

1)The apartment had everything you need for cooking, but I would add sugar and sunflower oil for frying. (Salt and pepper were present) 2)We rented an apartment with a balcony, but it was empty. The apartment is non-smoking and there is no furniture on the balcony. So you could just go out and walk around there. It would be nice to put a small table and a couple of chairs to have a possibility to have a drink.

It was a smart house. The decor was very cute. It had a bidet. There is a washing machine. The owner was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We visited from the U.S. There are no U.S. outlets or attachments available to plug your devices. We had to buy a device to charge our electronics. The exterior lights don't stay on long, so it gets pitch black in the hallway after you leave the elevator. We did have a bunch of flies inside the unit when we arrived that was annoying to get them out, but that's it!

Great reception from Larissa (despite not talking english, as portuguese, i understood everything). Larissa was absoletly great support in every single moment when we needed some support. Small but very well equiped kitchen.

The entire experience, from start to finish, was simply exceptional. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. The apartment's location was also a major highlight. Situated conveniently near the train station, bus station, supermarket, and pharmacy, it offered the utmost convenience. What truly set this apartment apart, however, was the exceptional communication with the host. From the moment I made the reservation, she was prompt and attentive in her responses. She provided detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment and even offered valuable recommendations for the way from the airport to the apartment . Overall, my experience at this apartment was nothing short of amazing. The combination of an excellent host, good communication, cleanliness, and location made it a memorable stay. I highly recommend this apartment.
