Casa Umberto

Although located in a modest neighborhood with an exterior that was less than exceptional, the unit itself was amazing. Perfectly appointed furnishings which appeared to be almost new. Great kitchen well appointed. WIFI worked. AC worked. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. Super large and comfy bath towels. TP and shower soap included; also hairdryer. All rooms were spacious. The BEST part was the responsiveness of the landlord who replied to my texts within 2 or 3 minutes regardless of time of day. THAT kind of support made all the difference. BTW bus stop to Venice and supermarket nearby.

I would like a plug added in the bedrooms so one can charge their phones. Currently the plug is occupied by a bedside lamp. Also the master bath did have a small receptacle for waste but not the other bathroom.

Convenient location to visit Venice by bus, Free and easy parking. Not too much around otherwise. Nice new apartment.

Location was little away from anything. Beds were a little too soft in 3rd room(single). no toiletries, small thing but makes it hard for travelers. A washing machine would have been nice.
