A perfect apartment for visiting Venice- spacious, comfortable and good value for money.

This is a great apartment for visiting Venice. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable, and it’s only a few minutes walk to the train station where you can get into central Venice in 10 mins. Elisa was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was great value for money. Would recommend!

Great location. The host was very communicative. There's a supermarket nearby and the train station to Venice is 3 minutes walk. Everything is keyless: building entrance, parking and the apartment.

Many mosquitos. I don't know how they got into the apartment.

Great location, very close to the train station

The location is great very close to the train station. Elisa was really nice and available in sharing all indications before and during our stay. The apartment was clean and offered good facilities in the bathroom and also in the kitchen. If you're coming by car, there's a parking lot inside the building.

The roller shutters of the bedroom windows were broken, so it was not possible to have a good night sleep due to the early sunlight.

Great apartment in a great location

The location was close to the train station and to various Chinese restaurants. A supermarket was also very close. A truly excellent location in general. It was also very quiet!

Very good

Great location, just several minutes walking distance to the train station (Venezia Mestre). There you could find trains going to or from the main train station (Venezia Santa Lucia) every few minutes. We enjoyed the 11-minutes train ride over the beautiful venetian lagoon. Personally we prefer to stay on the mainland instead on the Venice island(s), since it saved us the hassle of dragging our luggages through mostly overcrowded, narrow roads and bridges of Venice. Good, quiet neighborhood, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Clean apartment with good amount of amenities. Check in and check out were simple. Friendly host, easy to contact via whatsapp.

The place could be a little bit cramped for 5 people. Otherwise only some minor inconveniences (No elevator, hot water for the shower sometimes unstable)

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. Parking in the yard which is included in the price. Detailed instructions for self-registration. The children liked the TV with Netflix the most. :)

Perfect Place for Holiday

Host was very good in communication. Given neat instructions for self check-in.Perfect destination for Holiday in Venice. All the facilities available were excellent.Train station is so nearby. TV was available with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Google.

Nice apartment for 2 night stay

The apartment is near the Venezia-Mestre station and easy on traveling to and from Venezia. It's on a very quite neighborhood with easy code access. Rooms and kitchen were tidy and clean. The host and our contact person were very responsive and detailed in instructions and guidance. Bed mattresses are moderate hard but comfortable to sleep.

We were 4 and 2 of us had to sleep in 2 separate beds located in the kitchen, thus we felt a little bit uncomfortable as those beds were not equipped with bedroom minimum furniture (e.g. small wardrobe or nightstand). The apparent is ideal for 3 person for 2-3 night stay.

Frustrating stay

the location - few steps from train station, had all basic amenities (kitchen utensils, hair dryer, etc) the manager is responsive and tried to help The beda were comfortable

As we were boarding the plane for our relaxing weekend in Venice, the manager texted that there is no hot water but they can give us a discount. As we arrived there (late night), we found a dripping boiler and a flooded bathroom floor… the boiler could not be fixed during our stay so were forced to change buckets and dry floor before getting to the WC… since there were no suitable alternatives available anymore, we stayed. But our experience is unfortunately is unsatisfactory.

Was very clean , in a quiet area , with a private parking which was very good as we arrived by car . Very near to bus station , easy to get to Venice . Also , a supermarket near by .

Few issues with the water pressure and hot water , but overall was a great place for spending our vacation .

Nice location close to the train station. Clean apartment with aircons. Privet parking available in the yard but better to ask in advance as parking space is limited.

Contact details in booking was not correct but lady which we contacted through booking help us to find another lady which was responsible for renting this particular appartment. The hand shower holder was broken and didnt hold the shower. Shower cabin very small.

Our way to Venice

Excelently equipped apartment, clean and spacious. Parkin in safe place. Fair price when booked few weeks earlier before arrival. About 5 min by foot to railway station Mestre and 10 min to Venezia Santa Lucia by train. We can only recommend this accomodation.

Little problematic parking with SUV especially on parking place no.2. Unstable bar / dinning table it need 5 min repair 🙃.

Amazing Appartment

This Appartment was great and has everything you need. It was lovely decorated and we felt comfy right away. Location is easy to find and bus/train station to Venice near by. Very good place to stay if you want to visit Venice

Very good place to stay if you want to visit Venice laguna because it's just next to the railway station but also quite and calm place because it's not on the main road. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Private parking was just next to the bulding. Check-in was easy and contact with the host was very good. If I will be planning a stay in Venice again - I will check that place again if it's available.

It is near the train station and it is only 1 stop from Venice city. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. There is free parking as well. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Elisa was very kind and helpful.

It would have been perfect if there was an elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor so a little tough to carry the luggages up.

Super lokalizacja, blisko dworca PKP, blisko sklep. Sypialnia przestronna. Mieliśmy problem z wejściem do budynku, który został szybciutko rozwiązany.
