Difficult to go to upper bed, maybe hot in hotter days. The staff didn’t show me around where the hotel’s restaurant…

I liked that it was close to the ocean and the train station.
The staff wasn’t very kind. When I checked in I was told my room number and how to reach it. There were no other instructions or guidance. So I asked if there was a kitchen and where I could find it and the staff was kind of rude as if I was being a nuisance to even want to know where it was. Later in my stay, I asked the front desk if there was another WiFi to use upstairs and they said there’s only one and that it should reach the common areas and I told her that it doesn’t and she got a little flustered as if it was my fault the WiFi doesn’t reach the common areas. It only works if you are in the reception area and absolutely no where else! So if I wanted to use my phone I had to sit on the bench by the front desk. The property wasn’t updated. It was kind of run down. Spiders everywhere, dust and grime everywhere. You get what you pay for I guess but so far it’s been the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s sad because it has so much potential but I don’t think the owners care. I wouldn’t stay here again and I would recommend paying more for another place.
