Great stay and good value for money

Everything was good, comfortable bed and sofa beds, kitchen working properly and well equipped, hot shower, close to skiing, kind personnel at the reception, fast and efficient maintenance service (we got snowy days and they cleaned from snow very well the garage access and solved immediately a window issue).

Perfect if you’re coming mainly for skiing and don’t need luxury.

Great value for the price, and the location is perfect — just 2 minutes from the ski slope. The towels and bed sheets were white and spotless.

Great apartment for a couple who enjoyed a great weeks skiing!

Loved the close proximity to the slopes, 5 minute walk to and from the nearest red run. spacious studio for the two of us, good cooking facilities and parking for our hire car. Lovely touch to have access to the hot tub.

A little walk out of town but wasn’t an issue as we understood that it was great value for money.

Old and need renovation.. there was black molds/fungus growing on many walls and there was a constant noise from some running water day and night.. that made it difficult to sleep

Stay was OK, but pricewise too high in comparison to other alternatives

Location towards the ski piste was excellent. Appartement was clean

Old fashioned, very small even for three people (and ridiculously small if occupied by 5 persons), kitchen utilities extremely basic

Reasonably priced for couple of days stay, especially if you have 3 or more kids.

Reasonably priced, pleasant and very helpful personnel. Access to sauna and water massage tub. Transfer to the gondola or village centre during morning and evening (after-ski) hours. Fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher are in place and in perfect condition.

Some stuff at the apartment (such as cooking top) are pretty oldish – easy and not so expensive to replace to have more modern style. Bunk-bed has no guard bar on top bed – very inconvenient and unsafe.

Good value for money in a good location.

Basic but spacious. The sofa bed is hands down the most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. Great location despite being up the hill and out of the town centre. Easy access to the slopes making it almost ski in-ski out. 15min walk down into town and back.

You can hear quite a lot of noise from the neighbours. People moving furniture up above you is pretty noisy and the neighbours next door had a dog which barked a lot…

“Would have been fine with a car, but several letdowns overall

Nice guy at reception

Location is hard to get to without a car as it’s uphill and there’s no shuttle. We had to get a taxi, which took 30 minutes to arrive and cost £20 for a 5-minute drive. The spa and gym weren’t available and we only found out a couple of weeks before our trip. We would have cancelled and booked elsewhere but couldn’t. Booking.com arranged a small refund. You can hear noise from other apartments as the walls aren’t well insulated

Was very good for that value. The staff was very welcome and let us check in earlier and leave the car for next day.

We were 4, but there were only 2 pillows. The location is bit further from the lifts.

Cervinia Due staff were very nice and helpful. Location was good for walking to/from ski slope.

Read all other reviews. Anything negative said in other reviews are true. We had 4 adults stay there. Two adult children and mom and dad. Would never do that again. Limited heat in the unit. My wife slept with her jacket on every night. They control the heat centrally and it is off all day. No heat in the day is good for the owners, not so good for the guests. The apartment never really gets warm because it is all cement so the walls and floor are always cold. There is a small hot water heater tank in the unit - we ran out of hot water on the first day and had to ration hot water the rest of the week. Ration hot water is good for the owners, not so great for the guests. I had to boil water on the stove to wash dishes because of running out of hot water. Kitchen supplies limited AND they make you take inventory of every kitchen item (50+) when you get there to be sure you do not get charged for missing items. Never had to do this at a booking.com apartment before. We rented 'large 2 bedroom' apartment. Well - the second 'bedroom' is a closet size space with bunk beds. The photos show this but it is really hard to call this a 'large' apartment. Maybe compared to their 'small' apartment it is large but it is extremely small. Not comfortable for 4 adults. This was the smallest space I ever rented for my family and would not do it again. Location is good for walking to slopes but difficult to drive to. You would not want to have to drive there when it is snowing. Parking garage is very difficult to fit into. We were lucky and had a space to ourselves (maybe because we rented the 'large apartment?) because there were many places that 2 cars had to fit in between cement posts with less than 2 inches to spare on either side. I should have posted a photo of that for you to believe how bad it is. Maybe this is a good value for the other prices in Cervinia but you get what you pay for.

The staff attention was pretty much amazing they let us make early check in and our credit card didn't work and they let us pay in the last day of our vacation.

The appartment is really little and crowed it's looks like the appointment hasn't renovated very long the jacuzzi is open only a few limited hours in day and there was lack of hot water in the bathroom.

Shuttle times did not really suit - a little late starting in the morning. Might be better if they co-incided with the opening times of the ticket offices.

The hotel is passable, ski resort great, location OK. The main problem surfaces during the checkout - the commando descends on your room at 10:00 exactly, bangs on the door and tells you to clean the room. At £2700 for 2 rooms for 5 days I would expect normal hotel service, but no - apparently you are supposed to do the cleaning.

Overpriced, old structure that needs serious innovation

From property it was easy to access the slopes via a short walk

The property is stuck in the 80’s and hasn’t been renovated since. The heating was not enough so you didn’t feel comfortable inside, especially after having skied for the whole day, this was mandatory. The beds were not comfortable enough, the bathroom was very old and the whole apartment was missing all the details. The stove was missing the buttons to switch it on, all the lights was not placed well, the apartment was ready to fall apart. The price was really not justified and we didn’t feel like being at home - especially after a long cold day outside this is the most important.

Amazing holidays in an amazing place.

Location of the apartment was very nice. App. 100 m to the slope so we could ride down to ski lifts and finish our day on slopes. The city centre is in a distance of 15 on foot.

Close to slopes, we didn't use their bus but walked about 100m to join red ski route leading to cable car. Enjoyed sauna, jacuzzi. Kids loved communal room with table football. Helpful staff at the reception. Great duvet quality. Enough storage space.

Due to covid one had to make their beds themselves which I think is taking shortcut as the bedding is taken off by the staff who also spends time cleaning the apartment but maybe this is happening at all hotels in Italy? Kitchen could do with bit more varied glasses for beer/wine. There are no sockets within kitchen so we had to use toaster on top of tall fridge. Walk up the hill from the town is a drag but there are restaurants nearby too and you can order pizza for delivery as well.
