The room was very comfortable and clean

The property is very well located in the heart of La condesa. Close to great restaurants and amenities.

The staff were so gracious and professional. In advance of our stay, they responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. They were helpful throughout our visit, providing directions, recommendations and extra towels and water. Front reception staff Valeria and her colleagues were so kind and helpful, going beyond what we would expect. The room was spacious, super clean, and with a very comfortable bed and nice street view; the bathroom was large and we really enjoyed having the sauna to relax in. Great location on a lovely Condesa street, about a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Parque Mexico.

The lighting in the bathroom was rather dark for putting on makeup and they need more drawer space for clothing. We looked forward to the included breakfast, but rather than a buffet (which is what we expected) it was cooked to order by a perfectionistic chef with an attitude and took a really long time. This would have been ok if we had been advised and planned for the time; but we were anxious to get out to start our day so this was more annoying than pleasurable. We were told that the hotel was in transition from one food service to another so hopefully they get the kinks worked out.

Un poco oscura la habitación y al baño le falta iluminación, se escucha mucho el ruido de los pasillos.

Están remodelando y es imposible estar descansando cuando te están tronando martillazos en el techo y en los cuartos de al lado
