About this house rental
Precious house located in the best beach in the yucatan coast. Great ocean view from all the house. Unlimited fresh water (a treasure in the coast, only 10% of the Yucatan Beach houses have that!!!). Nice swimming pool, Air conditioned in 3 bedrooms, 15 minutes drive to Progreso, 40 min to Merida. Free Hi Speed Internet, Free Unlimited Calls to the US, Canada and Mexico. Great attractions nearby.

If you want a beautiful home with a private beach, this home is perfect. It has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a full kitchen and a dining living room area. But the biggest selling point is the patio. It’s comfortable, complete with a pool and just steps from the beach. The tropical breezes and the sound of the ocean waves was amazing!This home is in San Benito which is about 30 minutes from Progreso and an hour from Merida. It’s important to rent a car so you can see all the sites. We have been to Mexico many times but never this area in the Yucatán. There are Cenotes to swim in and Mayan ruins to visit. We particularly enjoyed Mucuyche and the pink salt flats. The people of Mexico are warm and welcoming. They even tolerated our minimal Spanish. Juan, the owner and Gregorio, the caretaker were very accommodating to all of our needs. Juan gave us a list of places to visit during our time there. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the Yucatán. Thank you, Juan, for all of your help. We had a wonderful time.

Juan was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions or problems that we had. My family enjoyed the pool and how close we were to the ocean. Once a week a man would come to the beach side selling candy. He was a favorite of my girls. I loved the location. We saw very few people on the beach. The water was warm and shallow. Loved it!
