A beautiful, spacious home ideal for groups of family or friends, very well located just a few steps from the Periférico, allowing you to reach practically any part of the city in minutes
It features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 5 double beds and two sofa beds
Its main attraction is a large covered patio with chairs, tables, ambient and colored lighting, as well as a sound system—ideal for a small gathering— overall a great option whether you’re staying for leisure or fun
This excellent property is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood; public transportation stops right at the doorstep, with easy access to the highway loop that takes you throughout the city and near the airport.
It has parking and a large covered patio to keep out the sun’s rays, yet it also features large windows that let in plenty of fresh air.
As for the interior of the house, it is fully air-conditioned—including the bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen— so you’ll forget all about the heat in Mérida.
Just a few meters from the house, you’ll find a grocery store where you can buy the essentials you need; about 100 meters away is an Oxxo; and within 5 minutes, you’ll find Bodega Ahurrera, Chedraui, Burger King, Pizza Hut, and a wide variety of restaurants.
Just two blocks away, you’ll also find a recreational park where you can walk or run both day and night—we recommend going at night after the sun goes down—and just a 5-minute walk away is a zoo.
The house is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests.
Check-in is completely self-service, and you enter using a digital lock with a password, which is provided to the guest upon arrival at the accommodation
