Be aware that mosquitoes and other bugs are quite abundant around the property. This is especially true at dusk/night. Keep the door closed, wear bug repellant and keep some raid or other stronger bug diffuser if you do venture out at night. Closer to the ocean they are not as bothersome but on the edge of the mangroves they are unpleasant.
