Nice apartment. Unsuitable location for 50+ or young families

Good basic accomodation with comfy double bed and lovely view.

Noisy, deadly road that has to be crossed to get to village with no crossing nearby. Very steep and dangerous steps that need to used to reach village. Not suitable at all for older, less fit adults or young families.

Easy to find and parking was great. Apartment was roomy, very clean. View was excellent. Staff very helpful! Was good overall.

Had to wait for checkin details. Limited info given, had to ask for basics. Didn’t know about the water heater switch so had cold shower! Minor issues really!

Lovely comfortable family accommodation with a very friendly host. Great location in Mlini. Spotlessly clean and all the requirements for a relaxing week in the sun.

Amazing place! The owners are really kind and sweet! We had a wonderful time. You can get a beautiful view to the sea. Restaurant is just next to the apartment, also the sandy beach is 10 min walk. So locations is also perfect. It was one of our favourite place to stay. Planning to return for more days!

Nice apartment near to sea

Pleasent apartment, nice and clean. There is a balcony in the room, with a view of the sea. It has its own car park. The owner is kind and helpful.

Definitely a good place to stay

Very comfortable room and great shower. Loved the balcony which looks out over the garden with the sea as a backdrop. Very chatty hosts with good English. Close to the bus stop and a short walk (down lots of stairs) to the beach. Definitely a good place to stay.

Lovely little place

Really nice woman and daughter run place, big size. Very hot water (be careful!). Near to beach and bus to Dubrovnik. Nice to be able to cook!

No wifi at all. Loud street. Bed is hard but ok. Bit hard to figure out the old stove without markings but the kitchen is well equipped. No hot tub. Besides wifi issue with not having my own data either, its small beans issues within a really good, clean, big place with lots of amenities and super lovely people.

AMAZING AND CLOSE TO MOST BEACHES. ABOUT A 25 MINUTE RIDE TO DUBROVNIK FOR ABOUT €15

We loved that it had a very nice view, it was clean and that it had everything that was stated in the description. The lady was AMAZING and we loved hearing about the olden times when she lived in the same area she lives in now. 10/10

Relax and peace in Dubrovnik

The hosts were exceptional. They made themselves available for much longer than they should have and made us feel at home. The room was in perfect condition (exactly as in the photos) with a wonderful balcony with sea view. The apartment is easily accessible and very well connected to the center of Dubrovnik. We took advantage of the wonderful bbq station and attached kitchen for dinner. We love that family. I'll be back there

We had a lovely time.

Our apartment had quite spacious patio and was oriented nicely so you could still have breakfast there in some shade. There was also a little balcony. Each bedroom had AC and there were 2 fridges (kitchen+master bedroom). The staff was very friendly and kind. If you’re lazy to cook, there’s a restaurant right around the corner.

If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend taking earplugs. Kitchen has electric stove so don’t plan on any “heavy” cooking requiring very high heat, and the equipment there is just for simple stuff. The nearest grocery store is quite far.

Mlini is a stunning little village and the people that own and run this property are so lovely. Bus or boat can take you into Dubrovnik very easily. Beach, Bar and restaurants close to the apartment.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, good for families. Nice rest area with swimming pool. Host is very helpfull. Cleanliness is on high level. Kitchen equipment was fine.

For whatever reason there were during our stay lot of mosquitos in the evening. This was surprising as island is quite dry...

Exceptional

Super clean apartment with a terrace and private hot tub, views were lovely. Restaurant flamingo (next door)had amazing food with friendly staff. Our host Magdalena from the property was fabulous and very friendly, she gave a lot of useful information to support us around Mlini and to get into the old town.

Location is on a busy road, a little difficult with kids, we did manage, the beach is worth it once you get down.

A good place to stay for a couple of days.

The owner was really friendly and talkative. The main highlight of our apartment was the balcony with a jacuzzi. A beautiful view is also a big plus. Free private parking is available.

The location was not great, you need to go through a lot of stairs to come to the beach, which could be a problem for older people. There is a main road in front of the apartment so it can be noisy overnight. We also didn't like the owner coming to our apartment to clean every day while we were there. So even though I respect the idea of keeping the apartment clean, it lacks some privacy.

The owner was very friendly. Short distance to Dubrovnik and the airport.

There were no reception or entrance so we found it a bit challenging to find our way into the building and to find any staff. There was also a bit of noise from the main road that runs 15m from the building.

The host was very friendly and helpful with informations and everything we needed to feel comfortable with our first trip to dubrovnik. Clean , cosy and charming apartment. Nice spectacular overlooking view from the balcony. You get to see Cavtat. We had the jacuzi in the balcony which everyone was looking forward to after a long day at the beautiful and crystal clear water in mlini, asteria and sreberno beaches just 600 meter away.
