Villa Adriatic Rooms

The staff were extremely kind and very helpful.

The view is beautiful, and the area is quiet. There is a lovely local restaurant down the stairs, first left near the main road.

AVOID!!! - The worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Awful people—racists and chauvinists who seem to want to rob guests. Good reviews 9-10/10 are bribed with free breakfast. The room and kitchen equipment are far below basic standards; the kitchen is dirty and poorly equipped—only a kettle, four dirty fridges full of alcohol, and a few plates and cutlery, also dirty with food on them. The kettle contained ants and other bugs. The four fridges are dirty and meant to be used to store guests' food. The owner removed my food to place other guests' alcohol inside. The cleaning staff simply wipe the table with a floor brush and dries the bin on the table. The owner made numerous changes to my reservation- manipulated the reservation via the Booking.com platform—on the day of booking, only one room option was available, shown with a balcony in the pictures. After confirmation, the pictures changed, and the room seemed to be reduced to one with only a window. When I messaged them they tried to convention me as I must have picked the most affordable option- there was no other option during booking time!!!! They then offered me a room with a balcony for an extra charge—double the price. During my stay, the price was increased again on my reservation on The Booking.com- customer service informed. Now the reservation on The Booking shows the wrong dates: I was there from 30/06 to 05/07, but the reservation now states 29/06 to 04/07. On the day of booking, I asked if a late arrival would be an issue—denied. When the reservation was confirmed, I was told there would be a €20 charge for late arrival; I refused to pay as this was not mentioned on their profile (now it is updated), nor was it brought up when I asked on the reservation day. The booking. com ensure I don’t have to pay more than I stay.

Fabulous Croatian Stay! Authentic and absolutely stunning views.

Nothing to do with Villa Adriatic, but it is located high in the hills and lots of steps to the beach. Jusy beware for anyone with mobility issues.

the accomodation is run by a family therefore the host and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the pood and the view from it! We went with a group of friends and we had the pool for ourselves most of the days.  We also appreciated the volleyball that was there—it was a great idea and a lot of fun.  The accomodation is in a great location, close to the bus stop, a small shop and a bakery. The beach is also within walking distance, accessible via a set of stairs.

The rooms on the lower floor were quite basic. They lacked decoration and seating other than the beds. While the terrace was a nice addition, the interior of the rooms felt a bit stark. The bathroom was functional but seemed to be constructed with inexpensive materials. The other rooms were nice though!

Very clean property with good facilities for a comfortable stay. Delightful host and family that made you feel welcome and part of their family.

The family that owns the place is very kind and friendly, and the accommodation is nice and clean. The shared areas are pleasant and well-maintained.
