Quite wonderful! We also enjoyed the hot tub!

The location was great for us spending time around Dubrovnik. Used a rental car and there was a space to park. It is a 2 story house, and 2 of the 3 bedrooms are up the stairs. The host was kind and sweet, offered us a little bit of history and insight of people and places. I REALLY enjoyed our stay!

Spacious home, wonderful host, beautiful location

Great location for Mlini beach, Dubrovnik and easy for Uber pick ups. Views of surrounding countryside from terrace are spectacular. Spacious house with air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped. Nina, the owner is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Every effort is made for the house to be a home from home experience.

Bring your own toiletries. Those provided and leftovers from previous guests so it's a bit hit and miss what's going to be there. The upstairs toilet wasn't flushing but this is being sorted. There are lots of steps to the beach and a busy road to cross to get to the beach - it didn't bother us but it might if you had mobility issues or have a very young child in a buggy.

It was home from home! It had everything a house should have to make life comfortable. Kitchen was amazing as was the huge garden (including hot tub, trampoline and bbq). Nina our host was exceptionally helpful

One of the best accomodations we've ever stayed in

We loved everything about Ana's house! It was one of the best accomodations we've stayed in the world. Sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable, two toilets, two showers, washer with detergent provided, kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook, delicious coffee that they provided for all of our stay, clean hot tub, play area for the kids outside (with trampoline, orchard with different fruit trees, toys), grill area etc. It's only 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik by bus (number 10, you walk about 5 min to the bus station and buy tickets from the driver), regular taxi (20 euros), or water taxi (a bit expensive, unfortunately). The little town Ana's house is in, Mlini is amazing for little kids. We found 3 playgrounds by the sea, one of which was a natural play area. If we ever go back to the Dubrovnik riviera, we will absolutely stay in Ana's house again. Her and her family were amazing hosts and although they live next door and are always available for any questions or requests, we never felt like we didn't have privacy.

Nothing that the host can do about, but there are a lot of mosquitoes in the garden. Bring good quality spray.

Superb

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids, and very much enjoyed this place! Lots of space on the inside and especially in the backyard. The bedroom on the ground floor has its separate shower and restroom, which was perfect for the grandparents traveling with us. The kitchen, just like the rest of the house, is well-equipped and in good condition. The backyard is indeed a little paradise with its jacuzzi, sun loungers, BBQ grill, and trampolin... not to forget the mountain view. The 10 minute hike (rather 15 minutes with kids) down the stairs to the harbor, beaches, and restaurants/bars of Mlini is absolutely doable for people without walking limitations, but we counted 200 stairs that need to be climbed down and up again - that was our daily workout ;) Last but not least, the host was super-friendly and committed to making our stay a good time.

It is worth mentioning that the main road is not too far away. Some street noise is recognizable, especially during rush hours during the week. But this was definitely not a big issue for us.

Spacious and well-equipped with a jacuzzi

The house is so lovely, comfortable beds, great kitchen, a nice coffee machine, and the jacuzzi! Nina welcomed me and she was so friendly and kind.

Nothing for me! But some people might not like walking up the hill after swimming. I think this is normal for Croatia.

Nice house with great outdoor space

The best thing about this house is the outside space, a beautiful terrace with a large tree offering shade, a grill, the jacuzzi, lounge chairs and a nice garden. But there is nothing wrong with the inside of the house either, it's clean, comfortable and offers all the modern amenities you would need. From the town of Mlini you can take a taxi boat to Dubrovnik so you don't have to worry about parking your car. Beaches in Mlini are nearby but it is a steep climb back up the hill to the house.

It was difficult finding the house, as you may have noticed there are no pictures on booking.com of the front of the house, this is because the front of the house is a bit "messy". It's actually a series of houses, in one of them the owner and her family lives, the second one is the house they have renovated and are renting out and the third one (the one with the sun painted on the back) is still to be renovated. There is nothing wrong with this it just makes it more difficult to find as there are several cars parked, you see several doors and staircases and we were expecting a standalone house. As the owner and her family live next door you see them at regular times as they are eating outside on their terrace or are working in their vegetable garden. We did not mind, but if you value your privacy and would prefer to be completely on your own you may want to go elsewhere

Beautiful home to holiday in

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, home that’s very well equipped. The outdoor areas are clean, tidy and have plenty of seating and sun loungers for everyone. The barbecue and dining tables make it the perfect place to share food with family and friends. The location of the property was excellent. About 50 metres away from a bar/restaurant, a 10 minute walk downhill to the seaside to beaches and the harbour where you can get boats to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Bus stop is right across the road and the supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. The host lives nearby and was incredibly helpful throughout our trip but especially when we arrived late and needed to find food. We’d stay here again in an instant.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ana’s Paradise. We arrived early and Nina our host let us leave our cases while the apartment was cleaned. When we returned and settled in Nina dropped us to the supermarket to stock up and picked us up when we were ready. The apartment is really well equipped with everything that we needed. The outside area is very comfortable and very peaceful and the BBQ came in very useful. There are quite a lot of steps down to the waterfront but with the BBQ and the Flamingo restaurant only about 100m away (very good food) this did not cause us any issues. Nina is an excellent host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a very comfortable stay.
