    We have encountered some minor issues but very hard to reach staff for solution. Throughout the stay we have never met any staff at all. Hostel was managed without any staff. It was clean, very organised, clear instructions for check in, during stays and check out. Anything out of the standard, it will be hard to get things resolved promptly. Eg.. our room was cold, heater not fully functional, I wrote in email for help but no response. Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, microwave and induction cooker, Just No Oven. Overall, value for the stay, good for stay if all goes well. Lastly, the hotel only sent us the pin code for hotel entry at 10am on check in day. We were early and could not get into the lobby at all. After 10am, check in was available as our room was ready. Thanks for the early check in.

    Stay was cozy, very much enjoyed the en suite toilet that many other hostels don't offer at this price range. Unfortunately my toilet was not cleaned properly and there was hair next to the shower drainage when I first checked in.

    My friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better say. Good sized rooms, comfy beds, very clean and the location is bang smack where you want to be! Thank you Stockholm Hostel. They also have a big noticeboard with restaurant suggestions, sightseeing suggestions etc, nice touch!

    Location was perfect, market, station, restaurant was next to which was great. But the room has no windows, no cleaning, tiny and old, nothing much was provided (stayed 5 days) however, shared kitchen was nice and clean!
