We liked everything about our stay at Y Garth. Joyce, our hostess has thoughtfully provided every amenity for a comfortable stay.

Great location for walking the Pembrokeshire coast. 15-minute walk from YGarth to the start of the Dinas Head walk up a quiet country lane. Dinas Cross is on the T5 bus route 5 mins walk from Y Garth, which runs every hour from Haverfordwest to Aberystwyth. We parked up at Y Garth and left the car for the duration and enjoyed Magical North Pembrokeshire by foot and public transport.. free bus pass... High quality everything at Y Garth. we stayed in the Preseli room, which had a huge comfy bed, en suite power shower, huge fluffy towels, a coffee machine fridge, TV, everything you need a real treat. Joyce is a very welcoming host and a fab cook, wide breakfast choice, Local produce used was really tasty. Joyce goes over and above to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Nice quiet seating area in front garden.. 2 pubs and chippy within 20 min walk. 3 min walk to a church cafe that has amazing homemade cakes and soups. We walked right to Newport one day and left to Fishguard on another and caught the bus back on both occasions to Y Garth. Walks took about 3.5 hrs each and were well worth it. Last day we walked Dinas head which has amazing views. Took about 2 hours plus a 20-minute walk back and for from Y Garth. Lovely Gallery on route where you can get a lovely cream tea. Definitely will return for a very peaceful few days. Great place for switching off for a few days. Thanks Joyce
