We were treated so kindly by the owner, Ivanka. We decided to walk to the apartment from the ferry port. Our GPS directed us to the wrong place. We weren't too far off, but a kind woman called Ivanka and she came immediately and picked us up in her car. At the apartment, she gave us a very thorough overview of Hvar and made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. On checkout day, we planned to walk to the ferry port and as we passed by her office, she came out to say goodbye and insisted on giving us a ride to the port instead. She was so kind to us and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment had a balcony and a view of the sea and fortress and had all the comforts of home. We would highly recommend her apartments!

I think the bedsheets could be upgraded a bit. Everything was clean, but they could have been softer.

Fantastic hospitality , beautiful location, great recommendations!

The hostess was very welcoming and helpful. She picked us up from the ferry so we didn’t have to climb the hill with luggage. The location was great with the best view of the Sea to one side and the Forteza to the other . Located close to all the restaurants and historic sites! The kitchen was stocked with items needed for breakfast at “home”. It was very clean !

Spacious and clean apartment.

Ivanka is a really nice host. She provided many useful information about Hvar. The apartment is the same as shown in photo. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook your meal if preferred. It’s a quiet place in residential area - for me it’s a big plus. Less than 10 min walk to the centre, which involves a bit up and down, but I really enjoy the vibe.

We were pick up from the ferry which was super after a very long journey. Also it’s an uphill walk to the apartments which is fine when you have no luggage but made it double great to be picked up on arrival.

Incredible host with useful information to make the journey even better. Wonderful view. Spacious apartment. They will keep your bags after checkout (which is early, 10am).

Checkout at 10am seems to be the standard in the region but I still believe that’s too early. A quick fix for the place: grease up the doors so they don’t creek loud

Perfect stay.

The best apartment we stayed at on our travels. A large apartment, plenty of living space. Great sized bedroom 2 wadrobes. 6 min walk into the town (10mins back uphill ) A lovely welcome, We were met by the host and sat for a chat and a cool drink. She chatted about the town and locals. Sat with us, showed us the maps and highlighted restaurants and various beaches to visit. I will definitely stay here again if we visit Hvar again.

Friendly host and great view over city and sea. Good bed. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to old town and harbour promenade.

Very small studio and kitchenette not well equiped and too high cupboards for people under 170 cm. Steep and straining ascend from old town, we had a car and preferred to drive and park behind the Stefanscathedral.

In a residential area, quiet, but close by old town. So much space with a full kitchen, bathroom, balcony. A luxury!

N/A - just be advised it’s a lot of walking back and forth to town but it’s not that far.

tranquile stay in HVAR

Ivanka picked up us in the bus station (very close to the port) so that we didn’t have to walk up the hill with the luggage. She dedicated time to explain the highlights of HVAR. Those two things really made a difference. Haven’t experienced this hospitality in other accommodations in Croatia. The apartment is really cute, comfortable and close to the city center but away enough to not hear the partying. We will repeat for sure if we do visit HVAR again.

Sweet rooms with an absolutely lovely host

Very sweet rooms in a great location, a ten minute walk from Hvar centre. The host was absolutely lovely and welcoming, even offering us lifts. Balcony had a great view and was perfect for drying clothes and relaxing on. There was a shared kitchen facilities however we didn't use them so cannot comment.

The rooms were perhaps a little dated but that didn't mean we wouldn't go back - it was still wonderful

We stayed for two nights and loved it -Good sized room with a lovely balcony to sit out on in the morning with our coffees. Green surroundings with a gorgeous view of the fortress -Good blinds for nighttime -Quiet at night -An excellent hostess who orientated us to the area (very helpful from a local when you only have two days!). She recommended some fantastic restaurants ,beaches and general recommendations. - Shared kitchenette outside our room with cutlery, kitchenware, crockery, kettle. -Fridge in our room. -Clean, welcoming and comfortable. -Parking -Walking distance to the centre

-I would prefer a shower where you don’t have to hold the hose.
