Comfortable one night stay, has everything you may need

Spotless clean and friendly owners. Helped me with my bike and provided safe storage for it. Flexible with my requests and generally I think they deserve more than 2 stars, would definitely come back!

Disappointing

Personal was nice. We had a small fridge and a water boiler in the room. The place was clean.

Quality of the room, bathroom, bed and furniture is bad. Bed sheets are old. They only provide one small soap for all the family. They included a table with a boiler but only 2 coffee cups for 4. Over all the place is dark and depressing.

I liked the host. He had an excellent English, he welcomed us after check-in time when we arrived a bit late as we got lost and he did his best to explain us how we could find the hotel.

Room smelled intensily of sigaret smoke. Seemed to be coming from the ventilation system in the bathroom. Bathroom run down with a sliding door that didn't properly close. Room on the third floor to be reached by very uneven and wobbly staircase. Tony room with a view over a rickety bitumen flat roof. We also had to pay an additional 2 euro tourist tax on the spot, althoug on booking.com it was stated that the room was including tourist tax. Also, time window for check-in was rediciuusly short (before 18:00). We were a bit later to do a delay with the ferry and got a very hasty and irritated welcome. Worst price/quality balance I have come across in a long time

We had a top floor room with the windows oriented to the back yard, so it was quiet and pleasantly chilled. The room was small, but it met all basic necessities (including small fridge). Nice and firm matrasses.

The bathroom is separated from the room by a sliding door that doesn't close completely and the ventilation system didn't seem to work. So the only way to air properly was through the window of the room.

There are different kind of shops around the Hotel, and the Hotel's near the beach. The distance between the Hotel and The beach can be a cute walk. The staff is really nice.

When we're inside the room we can hear everything around but it's okay, people are respectful. The only problem is the toilet's door. It didn't close and that can be awkward.

There is a water cooker that is not mentioned im the description. The people working there were nice.

Window-less hallway, you cannot lock the bathroom, the air in the room is moist and the first thing you want to do is open the window, all in all it feels like a basement

J y viens souvent ..Le personnel est très sympathique et donne des bons conseils pour visiter La Panne.Tout est très bien.La chambre très calme pour bien dormir Et il y a même le café chaque jour .La TV est Ok pour suivre l US Open de tennis et l actualité..

Le personnels est très agréable, souriant, gentil, serviable.

L’odeur dans la chambre n’est pas agréable, il n’y a pas l’odeur du propre sa sens l’humidité malgré apres avoir aérer. Les draps ne sentent pas tres bon. Il y avais deja du sable au sol en rentrant. La garde robe etais trop petite pour 4 personnes ! Le frigo juste a coté du lit et très dérangeant car cela fait beaucoup de bruit la nuit…

Par rapport au photos vue sur le site de Booking, cela ne correspond plus, elle dois daté des précédents gérant. le déjeuné est servi dans la chambre, un déjeuné très sommaire pour le prix et peux de place pour le prendre. petite table conclusion nous avons pris notre déjeuné à l'extérieur. Par contre la personne qui nous on reçu, était très aimable, c'est des Asiatique.

Pas de possibilité de déjeuné dans une salle En se qui concerne les lits revoir les coussins. Dans l'ensemble c'était propre.

Schandalig dat dit door de brandveiligheid / gezondheidsinspectie geraakt en zichzelf nog een hotel mag noemen

Enkel de locatie en de naam. De mini ijskast deed wel zijn werk zonder al te veel geluid.

Bij aankomst hing er een briefje aan de deur met de openingsuren en een telefoonnummer… als je open bent is het misschien gastvrijer om dat weg te halen en je deur open te zetten. De tekst op de website klopt helemaal niet met de realiteit. Het is ‘geen’ hotel voor levensgenieters. Het zou zich zelfs geen hotel mogen noemen. Het bed en bad linnen is tot op de draad versleten, verkleurd en als grootte niet geschikt als een handdoek voor volwassen mensen. De trap helt schuin af dus het is flink klimmen om boven te geraken en je ‘valt’ naar beneden. Geen airco. Geen verluchting in de badkamer. Geen haardroger. De douchestraal is zo zwak dat je je er nauwelijks mee kan wassen/ afspoelen. Geen parking voorzien terwijl een ticketje €5/dag kost, misschien fijn om dat toch aan te bieden.

Chambre vieillissante avec du bricolage comme cache misère. Porte de la salle de bain qui ne tiens pas. Châssis qui ne se fera plus qu’avec un verrou vissé dessus.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Waterkoker op de kamer met een oploskoffie.

De kamer op zich was ok ,fel verouderd maar proper en gerieflijk. Er was slechts 1 handdoek per persoon, een klein zakje met een beetje zeep, amper goed voor 1 wasbeurt. En na dagje strand moesten we douchen met koud water.
