Grand Hotel Flora

The economy double room seemed very dirty and was underwhelming for the price we paid at ***. Breakfast was basic and not very nice. The staff at the desk were rude on arrival. The pool area is good but the views around are poor. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel despite the refurbishments.

Air conditioning does not work to full capacity inspite of outside temperature being 35 degree Celsius Inspite of booking a sea view room and paying a huge amount we are first offered a lower floor room with practically no sea view room after 1-2 hours of arguing we get s moderate sea view room

The hotel is newly renovated with a great quality. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is around 12-15 minutes walk from the center. The breakfast is okay. Same things everyday, but a lot of variety. The room is clean.

We had to book at the last minute and have stayed in Sorrento many times before. There was not much available but we secured this hotel. The rooms were quite small, walls thin, very hot (you could not control your own AC), bath was small and there were no amenities such as robes, slippers, or tissues. There was no space for luggage. The bed and pillows were hard. Linens and towels reeked of powerful, detergent and my husband and I both broke out with rashes. The breakfast was mediocre at best and juices were not fresh. There were many things to eat but not good quality. The staff was kind and helpful. I would never stay here again. I will not deviate planning up to the last stop again.
