Helpful and friendly staff - nothing too much trouble. Good air conditioning - a blessing given the high temperatures. Reliable lift. Quiet at night. A great view from our spacious and comfortable bedroom. Good access to boating, restaurants, shops and other attractions.
No English channels on TV and no way to employ sub-titles.
Adequate breakfast but a little more variety would have been nice.

The breakfast wasn't the best. Only one cup of coffee offered and just croissants and bread/jam.

Super location on the canal beside the restaurants and shops, good bed and shower and glad of the air conditioning in a heat wave .
Very uncomfortable pillows ,bathroom dark .
