A really traditional French hotel. Loved the Atrium and the restaurant Quai 17.

Location, hotel interior.
Noisy from traffic moving along the front and up the side street. Room faced side street. A/C would not stay on and had complicated remote control with no instructions. No milk (powder or fresh) left for tea /coffee making in room.
