Good breakfast, terrible sleep (family of 3)

If you stay in this hotel, you can choose the breakfast included option. Everything at breakfast was fresh and delicious.

If you are travelling as a group of 3, I would recommend avoiding this hotel! The third person will suffer greatly while climbing the bed as the height of the room is too low and the design of the bed is terrible.... Group of 3? Look somewhere else unless they update the rooms.

It was okay for the price, and it was close to the train station and Carrefour (around 10 minutes walking distance).

Super small room. The plumbing wasn't good, and every time we arrived at the end of the day would smell humid. The bathroom is super small, and has no extras (shower gel, etc), they only provided 1 towel per person, and 1 towel for the floor of the bathroom.

Horrible horrible

Nothing it was horrible and mould on the wall,spiders everywhere and when we been asked for another room because I said I can pay extra to get a normal room because my daughter got astma we can’t breathe in that. they said they can’t offer . So disgusting I been asking to take a photo they doesn’t let me to take the picture of the room . very disappointed. I had no money back they said to talk to Booking staff

Cheap as chips.

Excellent location for a disney stay. Rooms cleaned everyday. Coffee machine 1.50 hot water free. small but only needed it for a bed. Quite, except for the delivery truck each morning at 7am leaving engine on. (but just getting up then anyway)

Avoid at all costs

The photos are very misleading. The room we were provided with was extremely small and filthy. The door barely locked and was rattling all night. The bathroom had mould and the shower was covered in rust. Bed was very uncomfortable. Cancelled my second night stay and booked alternative accommodation as did not feel safe at all.

Best place to sleep if you have busy day schedule.

Price to value is great. Outside low emission zone so safe to drive there for tourists. Many parking spots. 8 minutes walk to RER station. Easy to go to Disneyland Paris and Paris city centre.

The beds and bathrooms were all new and clean but very very small. Breakfast was pitiful. We paid a budget price but it seems budget means every one must be small, short and not eat a proper breakfast.

it wasn’t comfortable at all. there was a French boy, he was super helpful and descent

it wasn’t clean at all there’s a spider web all over the place, I didn’t let them enter the room until I left because it was too tiny, there wasn’t any space to put our luggage’s, it’s too small for 3 persons with their personal stuff. and also there was a women working there, she was so rude and unprofessional.

cheap, close to Disneyland Paris so location was okay! close to shopping Center so food is readily available and a short walk to the train station

you get what you pay for - cleanliness wasn’t the best with broken panels on the wall and exposed sockets - however I didn’t have high expectations for the price

The location, staff and layout are all excellent. On both check in and check out the staff were friendly, helpful and their excellent English more than made up for my terrible attempt at French. There was ample parking, it's easy to find and there's lots of shops and places to eat nearby.

The rooms are incredibly small, you can see it from the pictures but you really do just get what you see. It's perfectly functional, fine and very clean so I'm not at all saying it's a negative but the rooms are more like pods than a traditional room. For the money and with the excellent service and location as long as you know what you are getting we were more than happy. The ONLY issue we had is the air conditioning in both the rooms we had didn't work at all, it made noise but nothing came out and even on a late October evening the rooms were very hot with 3 people in there. Give them working air con and everything would be no issue.
