Rooms Small, dirty, not working lights but mainly the heat was unbearable, literally no air in the room as the window was tiny. Staff couldn’t care less about guests needs and or requests.

Nice staff, good parking facility, good value for money when traveling to Disneyland.

I will not recommend but it was very cheap

There was horrible smell in the room. We had towels for all of us only 1st night. Then the maid took all of them even it was not in sink but hanging on the bed. And we did not received new one. I asked for new towels because on 3rd night we did not have any left and I was told that they dry in the dryer and will bring for my family (we were 5 people). They bring 2 towels at midnight. On breakfast only milk, cornflakes and croissants.

We checked in late at night, we didn't get any information on breakfast for the morning (which we had paid for). We ended up leaving without breakfast as there was no info given and the staff didn't feel very approachable.

Parking was ok

Rooms so small tripping over suitcases to get to shower room. Very hot rooms with no air con. Not a very nice area - seemed very run down.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean, safe and comfortable stay in the hotel

Our stay in the hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. After a long day in Disney my family and I returned to Torcy via train late at night only to find out that the bus service had been cancelled at short notice. We could not get a taxi back to the hotel. I phoned the hotel and explained our situation. The staff member gave us a mobile number to call and the taxi arrived within 5 minutes to collect us and transport us back to hotel. Very relieved and stress free. Many thanks

The only thing I would say is that the bedroom was smaller in reality compared to photo on website!

Bad

The room was clean but extremely basic. The location was relatively convenient, just a short bus ride to get the metro to go to the city centre and to Disneyland, and the room was affordable.

The facilities were extremely poor. There was a missing curtain and I stayed on the ground floor so I felt unsafe and had to use a blanket to cover the window. One bedside lamp was missing the bulb and the desk lamp was broken.

Good budget hotel with a bad isolation

Location is good for disneyland, one bus+ one rer, half an hour in total, private bathroom is a very good thing in budget hotels, breakfast was good for 6 euros ( croissant, pain au chocolat, jam, bread, brioche kind of bread, chocolate cream, butter, orange juice, tea, coffee, milk, corn flakes) staff is very helpful,clean.

The sound isolation is the worst l have ever experienced, we woke up to the phone vibration of the people in the next room, we heard everything from the rooms and the corridors, in the morning a cleaner came into the room and left when she saw we were there, we didn't hang "don't disturb" but come on no cleaning at 7 o'clock if you are not sure the room is empty, but location is good for disneyland and with breakfast we paid 50 euros for a double room so we need this kind of hotels, it is a price performance hotel was glad, but bring some ear cottons

I paid £60 for a night, it was like a hostel you would see in Thailand and the bathroom is stage same as a caravan all floor made from plastic , the alarm was going early hours for around 15 mins before the staff decided to turn it off , I don’t recommend anyone to go here

The hotel was easy to find. It is a basic room, but clean. The double bed was massive and comfortable

The breakfast was very pore. Just bread and butter and tea/coffee. There were places for other items, but non-avalabole. I would not pay for the breakfast again.

NEVER stay here! FILTHY, HORRIBLE

I have never stayed in such awful place. I entered the property, the hotel smelled awful, like paint but very strong. The halls were completely dirty and the bedroom was unacceptably filthy. One of the beds had urine in them, the other one had a dirty bandaid underneath the mattress and the sink in the bathroom had someone else’s hair in it. I asked the manager to move us to a different room and he refused, he said it was not his problem and they didn’t want to give me my refund even though I did not stay there!

The room was small,looks bigger in the photo when we booked it up. Only had one window so did not have a lot of lite and the bathroom was too small even the shower, very disappointed
