Correct

Having communicating rooms is very good option when travelling with family. The rooms are clean. The area is very calm and secure.

Breakfast options need a lot of improvement. The rooms have the minimum facilities.

Comfortable beds. Rooms a good size.

The rooms were a bit chilly. The thermostat was set to 19 degrees and could not be moved. I understand it's for environmental reasons, but it was not warm enough for me.

Friendly staff and Clean room.

Location is great, quiet area with restaurants around. Staff were friendly and check-in and out was very quick.

What I didn’t like is for be a 4 hotel, the paint of some the furniture from the room were pilled off and it really doesn’t look nice.

Very comfortable stay in hotel on the outskirts of Paris

Good location in St Cloud, with easy access to get to Roland Garros. The room was a good size, and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel which had far more character than we had expected. Breakfast was great and all the staff were super attentive

Perfect location for exploring Paris, and easily accessible from Orly Airport. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, we had 2 rooms with double beds booked. Staff very friendly and polite. All our expectations were met and didn't get disappointed.

No bad points with this hotel, only one thing to take in consideration that the main car park which is free is not too spacious however we had no issues as we had space for our car.

the room has terrace but several rubbish remains. in closet, one dirty cloth remain…how you clean up room? your hotel is 4 stars, but for me it like less than 3 stars.

We had previous stays in this hotel which were acceptable but our stay in 2022 was horrible.

We really appreciated the staff working in the dining room. They happily brought us hot milk for our espresso. The food offerings were okay. The scrambled eggs were unappetizing but everything else was good and about as expected.

The desk clerk wasn't professional and lied to us. One night cigarette smoke came pouring through a locked adjoining door in our room from the room rented next to ours. The smoke spread through our small room making me sick. My husband complained and the clerk said the room was not rented. Lie! As I left our room I saw the door open and hastily close. We asked to move to another room( we stay here for two weeks every Christmas) and were told every room was rented. We asked what the management would do with the person smoking and breaking Mercure's non-smoking policy. The clerk threw up her hands and said there was nothing she could do!!!!

The place was very convenient for our wedding night. The staff was very friendly and the room was big and very comfortable. The shower was roomy and had good water pressure and our breakfast was enormous and tasty. Would definitely come back!

Nice hotel

3-night stay.Nice small hotel in Saint Cloud. Rooms were quite small, especially the bathroom and toilet, though not a major problem. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the breakfast. Would definitely return in the future.

Good location with free parking (6 spaces) and good breakfast. Hotel also has a restaurant (closed on Monday). Walking distance to Saint Cloud for other restaurants.
