Les Jardins de St Cloud

Hotel room was better than I expected. Very roomy and clean. Bathroom was fab too just water can escape from the shower. It’s in the west of Paris and really lovely area. We will be back.

The staff, especially Basam; the pool, lovely and big and clean; the air conditioning though locked by the hotel, which we thought was smart, was a good temperature during the heatwave; the bed in the Executive Studio, though unfortunately two singles pushed together, were comfortable except when they would come apart; the lounge area; location; the robes; the little kitchens and with good fridges. Please note we extended our stay by two nights for a total of 5 nights.

THE TOWELS! The towels were the smallest and thinnest we'd ever seen. We had to use the same towels for the room and the pool (a first as well) so we were constantly working to dry them. When we asked for two additional towels a women at reception flatly refused us and kept offering alternatives. We may have been only two people but we paid for the Executive Studio which can have up to 4 so I think we were entitled to another towel!. We preferred not to sit in our room in wet bathrobes either as it could be very cool in our room, which was great during the heatwave, our reason for being there.

Spacious and comfortable, excellent facilities, attention to detail in the rooms and bathrooms with everything you could possibly need, staff are so friendly and helpful, swimming pool is a lovely relaxing addition.

Only thing: TV was blocked from English subtitles. No way of getting Netflix/Disney+ etc which would have been great for the children as we were pretty tired on the last leg of our journey.

Location and the family room was big

The double bed it 2 single beds pushed together and they continuously slid apart as the floor is wooden/tiled. Spoke to the staff to sort out but nothing was done.
