Executive studio was very much comfortable for 3 members. It has a Kitchen as well. The location is amazing. Right next to the Saint Cloud bus station. There is a Tram stop as well. Well connected to and from the center.
1) Breakfast had limited options.
2) The shower is not comfortable in the room I stayed.
3) I booked for a double bed. But I got a two single bed placed together. Since I had a child, it was not comfortable.

Perfect location – easy and quick to reach any destination by tram, with convenient connections to the metro, train, or bus. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
The child’s bed/sofa was too small. Breakfast was good, but some fresh vegetables would have made it even better!

Rooms were the nicest hotel we stayed in France or England. Very large studio suite with living room area , cooking area with microwave/ convection oven, stove top , sink and refrigerator. Nice leather couch in living room. Bathroom was also large and nicely designed. The was beautiful and large enough to swim laps. Unfortunately couldn’t use as there was a lot of sulfur additives in France in the water and food. I am allergic and has a reaction just from bating in their water. Grocery store up the hill 2 blocks, laundry mat about a half mile up the hill. Tram and Bus are very close and metro is about 10 minutes walk over the bridge.
Shower situation needs improvement. Water goes all over the room and out the door. Put a door on the other side .Stove was difficult to get working with no instructions. Need a spatula, oven mitts and serving utensils in room. Also need cover for small pot and one more small pot in room. Hard to cook a meal with the minimal supplies. Paper towels are need and a drink rack to dry dishes . Another towel is needed to wipe the counter .

Having a small kitchen in the room was great. Room size very good. Outlook pleasant. Auto external shutters a great feature for cutting out light and sound. A sliding internal door was a great addition.
Breakfast was poor. Little choice and not of a high enough quality for an establishment such as this.

Nice pool, clean and good location with very close train and busstop.
Could be a bit warmer water in the pool and a bit better breakfast with more options and vegetables. The breakfast was a bit too simple, with just the basics needed.

The location, the kitchenette.
The staff was very nice.
The swimming pool rules were not enforced:
- children diving
- people without caps
- people eating an drinking!

The main reason for our stay was the location as we were attending the Rock en Seine music festival. The room was clean/spacious and comfortable.
The bar area opening hours are very short - closing at 20:00hrs!

The location was perfect for attending Rock en Seine at Parc St Cloud - this was why we booked this accommodation. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette - breakfast was a buffet and well stocked.
The eggs at breakfast were cold and there were no staff around to ask for more.

Nothing really to highlight.
This hotel does not have parking. If they take credit from the very limited places on the street then every place on booking.com should claim mention the parking in their facilities. Also hotel staff doesn't control/monitor the place in front of the hotel reserved for loading/unloading. It was always occupied by the parked car. Without it you cannot do normal loading/unloading because you block the traffic.
The breakfast is very weak and limited.

This property is a train ride out of the heart fo Paris. We stayed here as we had family close. if you want a place close to Paris central this is not the place for you but if you wish to stay in a paris neighbourhood it was lovely. The cafe up the hill was so authentic with all the locals having coffee with their kids before school. There was a Boulangerie next door to buy your pastries so no need for hotel breakfast. There was also a LIDL near by & enough in the Room that you could put together a meal if needed. The Lightrail was just near the Hotel & the Rail that takes you to Versailles is at the top of the hill. The indoor pool facility is fantastic but we were ther in aParis heat wave so to hot to use.
Just the distance from Central Paris.

I’ve rated this hotel highly before - clean, comfortable, spacious rooms -, with some simple cooking facilities if you don’t want to eat out every night.
However, on this occasion, the staff also stood out. A mistake by me meant we turned up a day early - the hotel was busy and had no rooms available. However, there were two late arrivals …. The team phoned the late guests and were able to confirm one as a no-show. Not only did they find me a room, they waived the cancellation fee for my room the following night and honoured the reduced rate despite it being a last minute booking. Excellent service, and compassionate.
Nothing - we love this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, quiet although close to big roads.
We liked the spacious room, the king size bed, the pool.
We could hear the other guests passing through the corridor.

The Hotel employs an international staff that was helpful, welcoming and warmly professional. The room/studio was spacious, elegant and relaxing. Les Jardins de St. CLoud is very well situated, you have the T2 Tram a few minutes away, that takes you to 'La Porte de Versailles, connecting you the metro line 12, which in turn takes you to the heart of Paris. The surroundings are charming and quite peaceful. A place my husband and I would gladly visit again. Bravo to the management!!

The place is close to public transportation, the room is clean, there is a good pool. Most of the staff members were very nice except for one who didn't bother to help with the shower issue. Overall it was a good experience.

The air conditioner did not work properly. Also, in the shower, the acoustic ceiling that is connected to the lamp above the shower was about to fall, I informed the employee at the reception who came and saw it, he suggested that the whole family shower in the shower by the pool, it doesn't make sense for a family of 6 people to go down to shower with all their equipment in the shower in the pool, since he could just transfer us a room. No effort seems to be made to help. Also, the water in the shower constantly spreads everywhere, you have to be careful when you shower, because then you have to spread towels to absorb the water.

Location is great - close to buses, trains, shops. Nice quiet area
Staff are superb, very helpful, nothing was too much, very polite and patient
Breakfast was not great - very little variety and cold food
Bathroom was leaky, had to keep mopping so my children will not slip

The hotel had everything we needed and handy for the tram and Uber prices into Paris pretty cheap.

In room 107 - a fantastic suite with really comfortable beds. The checkin staff were really polite and helpful. The pool is perfect for both a quick training swim but also messing around with the kids.
The gym has a TechnoGym treadmill, cross trainer, bike and Concept2 rower - which are fantastic quality.
There are not really any free weights (some light dumbells up to 3kg).
Some more free weights in the gym would be great.

Amazing friendly staff, great room, quiet atmosphere, relaxing pool, food breakfast! Very comfy beds.
Open shower designed in a way that water was getting under the doors to the room. But it was just a small issue which can be sorted with extra towels
Would be nice to have 2 chairs for 2 guestroom.

Nice, spacious room. Air con was a plus as pretty warm/humid. Close to metro, few shops, bars/restaurants just up the street. Only booked for the room as a base for the wkd so didn't use any facilities.

Beautifully clean little apartment, comfy bed
Good facilities, we used the pool but not the fitness room, although it did look good and we’d have used if we’d had more time
I was lucky to get parked right outside the main door, and the staff told me it was free at weekends so that was a result. But there is no hotel car park, just road side
Quiet room despite being right on top of the train tracks. And great black out blind for the door.
It’s not walkable into the city. We used Uber which was fine and felt safer given the current issues. Wasn’t too costly to do so
Double bed with only one bedside table and lamp so one of us had to go without which is tricky with a book and a hot drink at bedtime.
Parking might be a problem for someone (not me, see above) Had I not been so lucky I think I’d have stressed about where to park

how clean it was - lovely staff and really easy to get to the city!
