Good value for money if you need to stay at walking distance from the city centre.
The rooms were not clean at all, the AC system functioning at 50% and for no precise reason we had to ask for teaspoons at breakfast every single morning. The swimming pool is very small, not suitable for swimming.

We had a wonderful stay with my family, overall a very pleasant and almost exceptional experience
A special thanks to the reception team, especially Mrs. Amel and Mr. Riyad, who were extremely kind, professional, and always attentive. The staff in general was very caring and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized. Even though the location is not the most attractive, it is very central and convenient. It is also easy to reach places like La Marsa or Gammarth in about 30 minutes by taxi or car
The only issue we experienced was a small misunderstanding at check-out, which seemed to be due to a lack of internal organization. However, the team apologized and handled it professionally

I would like to suggest that hotel should serve free water in the room. for drinking & coffee.
It is very disappointing that being muslim country dont serve drinking water.
I have traveled all over the world every hotel gives drinking water for free.
