    Positives - Enjoyed our stay (two friends and dog). Staff polite and friendly. Generous sized room with lovely sea view. Comfortable room. Lovely bathroom. Dog friendly and provided bowls, bedding and treats for dog. Only downsides - Room very warm (warm weather, I know) with minimally opening windows and no fan/air con. (Could feel air temperature rising as we climbed the stairs). Despite asking for room with easy access to garden for dog we were on the second floor and very early in the morning had to use fire door as main doors locked, to exit building to let dog out. Few cobwebs on lampshades. Despite 'negative' comments, would happily return.
