Location of property was ideal. The room was cosy and warm. Although basic all the amenities were available. Breakfast was included in the price which was good value. Dining room staff were very friendly and attentive. Easy check in / check out.

Liked the street, location and staff.
The stairs were very very slippery and my partner, whom is disabled fell down the stairs, causing a twisted ankle and cuts to both legs. We spoke with other guests and an older woman agreed the stairs were not safe.
