Great hosts, so personable and friendly, providing us with lots of suggestions for places to visit. It was situated very close to the center of town and about 10 minutes from the train station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, muesli, yogurt, delicious breads and meats and cheeses. The hosts shared so much about Haarlem and the Netherlands. I learned a lot! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful hosts. Hospitality A+ breakfast was awesome. Loved the sprinkles. Size of the room was great. Very Helpful with recommendations. Very accommodating. We felt special and very well taken care of.
Stairs were a bit steep. Especially with luggage but we managed ok. Especially with the help of our hosts.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and very informative. The location could hardly be more central, and yet the hotel is on a quiet, traffic free street. The room was well furnished, with up to date equipment, The breakfast was excellent, with a changing range of yoghurt based cereal every day.
We were not prepared for the lack of a lift and the steep stairs. However, staff carried the suitcases up and down for us.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Sometimes asking too many questions.
Very early in the morning there was no warm water. I took a cold shower.
