Clean
A smell from all the animals (we love dogs and cats but there was a smell of pee around the area, but not in the room)
And also the air conditioner cost i think more 100,000 kip which made the room a bit expensive to what we get in return

The overall cleanliness was ok, the beds were comfortable, there was water and a heater in the bathroom. The drinking water was free and the check out was smooth.
We have arrived late in the night, and noticed host about this in advance, but no one was waiting for us, so we had to give a call and wait for someone. The finishing of the room is outdated, especially in the bathroom, but we have expected this. There was a cigarette burnout on a bed sheet right in the middle… Wifi was so weak that not working at all. And the last — there was a party not far from the hotel, so it was a bit loud on that night, anyway, this is not the fault of hotel.
