Frank was so welcoming and it was a great introduction to Mexico! The room is nice and so was having use of the kitchen.
It was easy to get to Cancun centre and hotel zone but just takes a bit of time

Very clean
It's located TOO far from the downtown. At least 30 minutes driving to Parque Palapas, and almost 1 hour driving to ferry Isla Mujeres.
The system to unlock the doors doesn't work well and we stayed out of the bedroom 1 hour at midnight because it didnt work. The host took time to reply and he had to install apps in our mobile to try to solve this.
