Un lugar limpio,agradable,cómodo..y bastante bien ubicado e independiente!

Fräscht boende. Väldigt lugnt område. Väldigt tyst i lägenhetshuset.

Boendet var perfekt och uppfyllde mina önskemål. Ser inget negativt med boendet.

Stayed for 3 nights. I love love love this place!!! Dont think about it just book. The neighborhood is quiet, theres a supermarket (Soriana) 5 minutes away by walking, an Oxxo thats 3 mins away by foot, a Walmart and burger king thats maybe 10 mins away. It is a little bit far from ADO bus station Cancun, but if you take a bus/van R-6, it drops you off right in front of the Soriana supermarket. If you're going to the Hotel zone, you can take red bus 2-15. The fare is a flat fee of 12 mxn pesos. Make sure to download the Moovit app, it shows you which bus/van to take, best public transportation app in Cancun in my opinion. Now back to the hotel - I feel like it's more of a BnB than a hotel hotel, ya know. It feels homey, theres a cute garden in the front of the house and its lovely to have breakfast with that kind of view. The living room is pretty too. The kitchen (omg the kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've seen in a hostel set up) thank you for letting me use some of the condiments! I made chicken dish for dinner and salad, it was perfect. The toilet could use some improvement, but honestly I've seen worse and it was clean just old, but its ok. The room more than makes up for it. The rooms tv has netflix and whatever streaming platform you use. The AC is very cold which is just the way I like it. There's a fan also if you're not fond of ACs. Theres a towel (multiple actually) and you just know the sheets are clean, I have sensitive skin and I get itchy all over if the sheets are not clean and freshly washed, and I didn't have a problem at all. Overall, I'm rating this a 10/10. I've been staying in Europe for a month in hostels and it's a breath of fresh air to stay in cozy little house/hotel/bnb every once in a while. -nice balcony -host was communicative

-bathroom drain smelled bad -room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals when we arrived and had to be aired out for an hour -no hot water -no hand soap or bath mat -room was very basic for the price paid. I don’t consider it a good value and I wouldn’t stay for longer than one night.
