- Schoon, ondanks dat het beetje shabby oogt
- Prima voor een nacht op doorreis
- Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar
- Snelle en heldere communicatie
- Klein maar fijn
- Keukentje aanwezig (geen gebruik van gemaakt)
- Gratis en eenvoudig parkeren (op eigen terrein of op straat)
- Goed hard matras
- Coole airco
- Oogt wat shabby/basic, maar is wel schoon en dat vind ik allerbelangrijkste
- Stijle trapopgang naar dakterras en met zware bepakking of slecht ter been niet praktisch (lees: uitdaging!)

La cocina es muy práctica y se ve que está limpio todo.
También esta cerca de muchas cosas. Y el anfitrión es muy amable !

Price is really good.
If you like feeling local climat is better option than big hotel in Zona Hoteleria.
Its not so far from beaches, you can take a bus and driver 30 minutes.
Its near to the ferry, like 30 minutes by foot.
Its near to shops, markets, restaurants.
The owner gives great recommendation of places where you can eat cheap and good.
Central bus stop is also about 30 minutes by foot.
In shower its only cold water.
Its really dirty, bedding should be changed.
