The studio is very clean. Not very big size but is perfect for a couple with everything you need. Located in a safe community. About 12 min walk to a plaza with big supermarket, you can also take bus R2 over there to go to mercardo 28 or the hotel zone. Mercardo 28 is not very far from the apartment, about 3 km walk. Air conditioning is working very well. Randy is very nice host, answers every question, and give us advice about the attractions of Cancun. Thank you, Randy! Highly recommended!

Very clean, fine for a 2 or 3 night stay. A/C functions well. Located within 5 minutes of local food establishments and bars. 10 minute walk to outlet malls and short drive to Costco and other grocery stores. Private parking. Randy was very helpful and responded quickly to our enquiries.
Very basic amenities in the kitchen, if you are planning to do any cooking.
