Appartamento molto pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario. Bagno e doccia molto spaziosi. L’appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da supermercati e dalla fermata del tram che in 10 minuti arriva in centro e alla stazione dei treni. L’appartamento è molto silenzioso essendo affacciato in una via secondaria e gli infissi sono di ottima qualità (come le tapparelle elettriche).

Moderne, très bien équipé, facile d’accès, instructions claires pour le check-in et check-out, très calme, bien isolé, lumineux.

Odeur très forte de cigarette malgré l’interdiction de fumer. Très peu de gel douche et une serviette de bain pour 2 personnes.

Chaotische Organisation, keine Erreichbarkeit, Zugang nur durch Zufall möglich.

Modernes, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad.

Es gibt keine Rezeption, und ich habe vor meiner Anreise keinerlei Informationen erhalten, wie ich Zugang zum Gebäude oder zu meinem Zimmer erhalte. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, auf meine E-Mails kam sofort ein Autoresponder mit dem Hinweis, die zuständige Person sei im Mutterschutz. Zufällig traf ich vor dem Gebäude eine weitere Reisende, die die Nummer eines Außendienstmitarbeiters hatte. Erst nach etwa 30 Minuten kam dieser – ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann – und konnte uns aufsperren. Ohne diesen Zufall hätte ich für die Nacht keine Unterkunft gehabt. Auch beim Checkout erhielt ich keinerlei Anweisungen und musste erneut telefonisch nachfragen, wohin der Zimmerschlüssel gehört. Insgesamt ein völlig chaotischer Ablauf – organisatorisch inakzeptabel.
