Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage und der Check-in sowie Check-out waren unkompliziert. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das renovierte Badezimmer war auch sehr schön.
Leider roch die Wohnung sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch, selbst nach ausgiebigem Lüften. Zudem ist sie sehr hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche von oben deutlich hört. Insgesamt fanden wir den Preis dafür recht hoch.

Location is perfect, the building is nice and clean!
Even though the room and the bathroom were very clean, the pillows and the blankets had a weird smell.. even though I asked for a replacement, they told me yes we will contact the cleaning services but they didnt do anything. My suggestion would be to replace the pillows and blankets once in a while. And also add a hanger for jackets. Moreover it was overpriced (125euro/night is way too much for Stuttgart...)
