It is clean and comfortable studio apartment with everything you need. I was aware that the stairs were going to be steep and it wasn't a problem. I appreciated having a washing machine and one detergent capsule provided. The location I found to be good. Shops are close by and there is easy access to the old part of Vannes.
Wifi did not work. The password left in the accommodation needs to be updated. Soundproofing is definitely an issue. Heated towel rack in the bathroom doesn't work or has been turned off so you can't use it.
A kettle would make boiling water easier.
The combination of keys/doors/locks/handles to enter the apartment is difficult to navigate at first.
There is no place to store a bike, except to leave outside and hope for the best.

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Bonne exploitation de l'espace, car petite superficie. Localisation à 15mn du centre historique.
Escalier trop abrupt - peut être dangereux, pour se rendre aux toilettes, en pleine nuit.
Placards trop en hauteur, pour accéder à la vaisselle- nécessité d'utiliser le marche pied en bois mis à disposition.
Cle Wifi illisible sur les instructions du propriétaire, mais propriétaire réactive pour transmission du processus depuis la box.
Absence de lumières au pied immeuble, ce qui rend la visibilité difficile pour l'accès à la serrure.
Formulations un peu trop directives, cela peu froissé en prime abord. (Horaires d'arrivée 17h00- Horaires de départ 10h00) et obligation de faire le ménage (rangement des linges de lit et de sdb / aspirateur), alors qu'une formulation plus souple pour restituer le logement propre, pourrait être abordée.
Généralement dans le prix des frais d'entretien sont inclus, dans le cadre d'une location.
