Clean studio apartment in good location

It is clean and comfortable studio apartment with everything you need. I was aware that the stairs were going to be steep and it wasn't a problem. I appreciated having a washing machine and one detergent capsule provided. The location I found to be good. Shops are close by and there is easy access to the old part of Vannes.

Wifi did not work. The password left in the accommodation needs to be updated. Soundproofing is definitely an issue. Heated towel rack in the bathroom doesn't work or has been turned off so you can't use it. A kettle would make boiling water easier. The combination of keys/doors/locks/handles to enter the apartment is difficult to navigate at first. There is no place to store a bike, except to leave outside and hope for the best.

Tiny, modern loft close to the city centre

Very close to the city centre (about 15/20 minutes on foot), you can easily find parking spots near the loft. It is very well equipped and furnished with good taste.

The steps to go upstairs are quite steep but the ladder is functional and “cleverly designed” so it makes it easier. The place is quite small so it can be tricky to move around if you have a couple of pieces of luggage and some bags with you. I’m also not a fan of asking guests to clean the place before they leave: they don’t require a deep clean but you still have to vacuum, dust, unpack the dishwasher and strip the bed (it’s written in the policy so you know about it when you book). I would put a dishwasher tab for each day the guests are staying (we stayed for 3 days and only had 2 tabs so we had to hand wash kitchenware on the last day) because the dishwasher is a small one and if you cook at home at least once a day it’s already full. Also there’s a washing machine but no liquid so if you need to do the laundry you have to bring some with you or go buy some.

Vannes stay

It was clean, cute, and comfortable.

I did not have WIFI and the person who was to come, never came. The host never got back to me to find out if everything was ok. I finally figured out, after too much time that I would have liked, that the box was not plugged in and the passcode was incorrect.

Very clean, compact apartment ... like being in a tiny house. Well equipped for self catering. Great for a few nights stay. Good location. Secure parking and having washing machine a bonus.

Stairs to bed extremely steep and should be approached with caution. For this reason would not recommend for anyone with mobility concerns.

It´s a very nice, calm and fully equipped apartment.

It´s was quite tricky to find and to come in. We can´t speak French and they send us an e mail with the instruccions to get it and come in, but it was in French. It´s not a crazy idea to send the same instruccions in English and it would be much easier for us. Once we get it everything was perfect for us. If you don´t like stairs this is not your place.

Petit appartement au cœur de Vannes

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Bonne exploitation de l'espace, car petite superficie. Localisation à 15mn du centre historique.

Escalier trop abrupt - peut être dangereux, pour se rendre aux toilettes, en pleine nuit. Placards trop en hauteur, pour accéder à la vaisselle- nécessité d'utiliser le marche pied en bois mis à disposition. Cle Wifi illisible sur les instructions du propriétaire, mais propriétaire réactive pour transmission du processus depuis la box. Absence de lumières au pied immeuble, ce qui rend la visibilité difficile pour l'accès à la serrure. Formulations un peu trop directives, cela peu froissé en prime abord. (Horaires d'arrivée 17h00- Horaires de départ 10h00) et obligation de faire le ménage (rangement des linges de lit et de sdb / aspirateur), alors qu'une formulation plus souple pour restituer le logement propre, pourrait être abordée. Généralement dans le prix des frais d'entretien sont inclus, dans le cadre d'une location.

Les escaliers dangereux. La table trop haute et petite. Les chaises trop hautes obligé de prendre un marché pied. Sinon il faut mesurer 2m. Serviette de bain sale encore dans la machine à laver. Les draps sentaient le parfum de femme. Bref dommage. Logement non fait pour des personnes âgées ou avec un problème de santé. Pas de possibilité de mettre du chauffage alors qu il faisait frais. Sinon très calme

Kostengünstig und gut ausgestattet. Gute Busanbindung.

Nur öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße verfügbar. WLAN ging nicht. Trotz mehrmaligem Versuch, den Vermieter diesbezüglich zu kontaktieren (E-mail, Telefon, SMS) kam bis zum letzten Tag keine Rückmeldung.

Klein maar fijne aanrader in Vannes

Fijn appartementje met compleet uitgeruste keuken (inclusief oven, magnetron, vaatwasser), wasmachine en losse airco. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! Bakker naast de deur en supermarkt op loopafstand. Parkeren is gratis in de straat of de straat om de hoek. De trap is inderdaad steil, maar daar wen je snel aan en het is geen probleem als je niet slecht ter been bent.

Stad is wel op loopafstand, maar wel 20/ 25 min lopen. Het WiFi wachtwoord op een papier in het appartement klopte niet, maar de host reageerde snel en na contact kregen we snel het juiste wachtwoord. Beneden is alleen een tafeltje met hoge barkrukken en geen bankje. Dit is logisch gezien de kleine ruimte, maar beneden kun je niet op een bank of comfortabele stoel zitten. In koffie is voorzien, maar helaas geen theezakjes.
