I really liked the layout of the villa. It has a spacious living room and the terrance is really amazing. You also have a big tv outside if you like to watch something while you chill. All the rooms have AC which is a huge plus.
The beach is really close. Moreover, 2 minutes away from the villa you can find shops and a lot of restaurants.
The villa is on the 1st floor of the house. We don’t know if the host lives on the ground floor or there were other renters there, but it was like we were alone on the property - nobody bothered us.
The host was also very responsive and gave us all the relevant details pre check-in & recommendations of places to visit. Thank you!
I definitely recommend this place and I would come back happily.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It was spacious, beautifully designed both inside and out, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The interior was stylish and comfortable, and the outdoor space was just as lovely. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! Very nice for a big family!

Wonderful villa with cosy and large terrace where we spent a lot of our time.
The view from the terrace was breathtaking over the gulf of Guvia.
Shops, taverns and restaurants are 3 minutes walking away from the house.
The host was helpful and supply for us free parking in front of the villa.
Everything was perfect!
