Exceptional Stay with Wonderful Host

Absolutely loved our stay here! The accommodation was clean and quiet, and cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops were all in walking distance. Our host, Alexandra, made our experience so special. Lovely villa even better host!

The villa was beautiful the pool was quite private and the views from the pool were breathtaking! The villa was spacious and clean and modern, and had parking access. The location was close to many supermarkets and cafes, and a 15 min drive to old town. We really enjoyed our stay on the island and villa. Alexandra made us feel very welcome she helped us with recommendations and booking restaurants and super warm and friendly!

High standard villa for a family in great location in Corfu.

Alexandra, the hostess, was very nice and responsive, she supported us with few questions and helped us when our flight was delayed. The rooms are big enough with two master bedroom, nice kitchen and laundry machine which was very useful for us. The pool size is perfect for a family and make staying in the villa very good alternative on hot days. overall, I warmly recommend staying in the villas while visiting Corfu island.

Close to bus stop to get around!!!

The property is really close to a bus stop and you can get to the town or Paleokastritsa easily. It is also close to a a few restaurants and small convenience store if you need to get anything. The room was clean and spacious too. The host was also really kind and friendly. She helped us with recommendations around the island.

Perfect Villa

The Villa was so very comfortable, clean and outfiited with everything necessary. The pool and outdoor was great. It is close to the center of Govia possible to reach Supermarkets, Bakery, Shops, Tavernas and restaurants by foot. We stayed there as a family. Everything was perfect especially the hostess, she was so helpful and nice. We will definitely recommend to our friends and rent again if visiting Corfu in the future.

Quiet sanctuary with an amazing host.

Very quiet, great coffee shops and tavernas within walking distance. The villas with their private pools are like your own sanctuary when on holiday. Alexandra the host goes way above and beyond to be helpful during your stay.

Perfect spot with the greatest host!!

The villa is absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, clean, and very well located. Alexandra was not only a host - she was the local friend we needed to help us get the best out of our time in the island.

The wifi was not the best, but we were barely indoors, so it didn’t matter much.

Great villa in a strategic location!

The welcome from Alexandra was fantastic! She gave us a tour and was always reachable throughout the length of the stay for recommendations for food and activities to do in Corfu. The villa was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The pool was a great addition in the garden :)

Modern apartment at a very reasonable price, a few minor fixes and it would have been perfect

-The villa Jasmine was very modern and comfortable the facilities were like new. - The beds were very comfortable. -The host was friendly, she helped us when my daughter got injured and brought the children sweets. -The villa’s garden is very private, no properties overlooking the pool or sun bathing area - The location is good, far enough out of the city centre to be peaceful but not too far that it is not accessible

- We had a technical issue with pool for the first few days which meant it was algae green most of our stay, this took several days to fix with the pool ending up needing drained and water pumped in through the villa, we managed to get use out of the working pool for a couple of days before we left. - The parking spaces are quite small, if someone parked in your space there was nowhere else to go. - There was construction happening across from the villa by the same hosts, in the long run this will only add to their profile but it was a bit disruptive. - The cleaning schedule could be clearer but cleaning facilities were excellent when done - The WiFi was sub par, most of the time we could not get a proper connection given that the TVs are smart TVs you could not watch Netflix etc with the internet constantly buffering

Very comfortable stay.

Good location, 5 min walk from big supermarket and 10 mins to local small beach in Gouvia. Good facilities in the villa, nice welcome gifts in fridge and coffee and tea for our arrival. Beds extremely comfortable and it was quiet there.

The pool is shaded by around 11am for the rest of the day so doesn't get to warm up which is a shame in the cooler months. We had an issue with the air con but it was resolved following a chat via WhatsApp.

Lovely family week away.

We stayed at the Jasmine Villa. Lovely 2 bed property. Main bedroom en-suite and has a south facing balcony. Second bedroom has use of large bathroom. Down stairs is open plan, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Large south facing garden for all say sun. Nice swimming pool. 2 sun beds, 2 deck chairs, sofa and 4 seater dining table. Property very clean. Everything looks brand new. Jasmine Villa has a stair lift and easy access main bathroom. Lovely welcome pack containing food basics waiting for us on arrival. Living room and bedrooms have smart televisions which can be used with your Netflix account. WI-FI worked well. 2 minute walk to local shop and 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Villa located just off main road up a short but steep hill some may struggle to walk up.

Really enjoyed our stay, Just a few very minor issues Main bathroom is designed for disabled access. It could do with an extra bracket for shower head to be used at a more standard height. Shelf by sink would also be useful. Only 2 sun beds may be an issue if more than 2 people staying. No information available at the villa regarding local area or transport. No information at the villa regarding what to do if issues arise. We did not see owners at all during our weeks stay, Check in information sent to us said we would be met on arrival. Communication is not great. Messages went unanswered.

the private pool was great easy to catch buses into corfu town or paleo from the bottom of the hill

There were ants all in the main bedroom and bathroom. they were present each day to the point where I found 20 dead ants had invaded my suitcase. reported to property day one but nothing was done. Internet also dropped out frequently to the point I couldn’t check into my flight for 90min.

Glad I choose the place

The place looks exactly like shown on the photos. It is new, clean and comfortable and it's equiped with all amenities. It's located on the main road, so it's a busy area, but I would definitely reccomend it if you want to travel around the island. The buses stop right in front of it. You could also use the car rental service just beneath it. It's easily reachable from the airport and Corfu town center. I was pleasently surprised by the famous Greek hospitality. The hosts walked an extra mile and left some cold water, coffee, tea, fruits and small treats for breakfast just to make their guests feel welcomed. This was more than enough to make me smile after a delayed flight. The check in and out process is also easy. And the recommendations they gave were quite useful.

Beautiful base to explore the island from.

Beautiful new villa with a lovely pool. The villa was spotless and decorated nicely. Everything you could need in a home away from home. The team who looked after the pool and the cleaning were very friendly and helpful. Buses to Corfy and Paleokastritsa stop at the bottom of the road.

Nothing to dislike about the property and the staff. Location is ok but i would recommend hiring a car to explore the island as Gouvia itself is a bit limited in what it has to offer.

Superb

- An immaculate studio, perfect for two. Everything you need is there. - The bottles of water in the fridge and some bread, ham and cheese to make a sandwich when you arrive. - 10mn walk to the beach - a large supermarket nearby (5 mn walk) - A bus stop next to the studio - 20 mn to get to Corfu city center by bus. - The availibilty of the hosts. - A car renting agency underneath the studio.

-new, big room and comfortable bed, very clean, quiet despite the road, spacious, nice italian shower, coffee/tea and fridge available, few free bottles of water on arrival was very appreciated - communication on stay (Alexandra) - AC was working perfectly and quiet

Great location and pool. The villa is immaculate and well looked after.

They could do with a handbook that explains to guests what's nearby, contacts in case of emergency, numbers for taxis, location for bus services etc. We felt a bit alone like we was chucked in the villa and left to work everything out. WIFI password was also spelt incorrect and took us to work out how to spell out. Nothing major all in all and we would stay again with a few tweaks.

Great value for money and really good for families with kids.

Very nice property, clean, new. Air conditioning in every room. The pool was clean, there was someone coming to take care of that almost every day. Especially for a family top pick, washing machine, stove, fridge, even coffee and tea and a bottle of wine waiting for us. A shop with all you need very close to location and also an Italian big supermarket few hundred meters away but not far.

You have to walk a bit to get to the beach but is not that far away.
