lovely quiet location, easy reach of skegness, chapel,and ingolgmells ,yet you could be a million miles from noisy sea fronts ,
flies, lots of small irrataing " house" flies , cannot be helped due to location, still water ,farm land,muck spreading ect ,all you would expect from a country setting ,so take a fly spray ,plug in would be the best, one small gripe ,the £200 damage deposit is taken immediately from your credit/debit card,but CANtake up to ten days to go back !!

spacious, peaceful super big fridge
bed and sofa not very comfortable no corkscrew or kitchen bin uneven floor in bedroom poss caused by shower back board coming away from the wall dusty slippy rug in lounge area
