Lovely cottage which was very clean and well presented with a nice small garden on the edge of the caravan park. It was very quiet, attractive and situated just outside the village of Burgh. The cottage was very bright with nice comfortable beds and had a very nice, light bathroom with a good shower.
The property doesn’t have WiFi, but it didn’t bother us as we wanted the peace and quiet.

The cottage is very clean lovely to stay in.
Could do with free WiFi plus some under shelter outside for smokers when it rains plus a gate put in outside the patio doors and a ashtray to keep the patio cleaner. Also fishing should be included in the price for people staying there.

The site itself was clean, and the cottage was OK for our few nights' stay.
Location: You need a car unless you are a walker. There is no bus to travel any where unless you walk in to Burgh Le Marsh which is about a mile and half away, down a country lane, across a main road and down a foot path through a field which is a bit tricky with children in toe.
Going out at night for a meal meant one of us had to be designated driver as a taxi cost us £18 each way to Burgh Le Marsh!!! on the one occasion, we did book one.

The grounds were really beautiful and you can see just how well kept they were. The cottage was really warm and the beds were comfortable.
I think there could be a thin radiator in the kitchen it was very cold to cook in and the floor was too. Also maybe some bigger pans.

Lovely site, friendly staff. Wish there had been a pub nearer to be able to in the evening after being out all day, but we were towards end of main season. Cottage was clean and tidy, dog friendly. Good spot to visit surrounding towns.
Not being near restaurant without having to drive or walk distance. A little uncomfortable when dark, especially if been out all day.

Good location. Nice site.
Beds not good in 2nd bedroom. Slats underneath kept coming out. Cleaning could have been better. Stray hairs found in various places.

The location is peaceful but near Skegness mablethorpe chapel st Leonard’s and Sutton on sea
Needs a deep clean and a painting.
Lots of cobwebs mould and mucky so many flys and went through 2 tins of fly spray in 5 days and bought 3 fly squatters.
Just constantly killing bugs and flys and spiders.
The garage attached to the bungalow needs cleaning out lots of broken old furniture and rubbish maybe that’s where the flys are coming from??
Need a blind against the bathroom window.
Tv very small
Settee and chair very uncomfortable needs new furniture just old and unloved.
Single beds broken wooden slats constantly coming out of there fittings need new single beds
Plates are very dark and just not nice to eat from get some white plates and not much cutlery and glasses and mugs.
This has clearly been an issue for at least 2 or 3 years looking at past reviews.
Maybe the owners could spend a week In the cottage and see what’s it’s like to eat and live there and see what they think? And what could be improved upon.
Put yourself into the customers shoes.
