The apartment was self catering. The layout was really good 2 good bedrooms both with bathrooms, a 3rd toilet near the door, a good size kitchen, 2 balcony areas and an ample raised sitting room. Location wise the apartment is 10 minutes walk away from Winchester Centre. There is room to park 1 car on the drive.

The only faults we found were a few cobwebs which could have been easily missed while cleaning and there were only 3 cups in the kitchen for 4 guests.

Great property plenty of space. Good layout, so much light and very quiet.

Some of the towels were a bit smelly. I texted to ask if the property came with a hair dryer and received no reply. Could do with a slightly bigger frying pan.

Location was great, loved being close to the park. Great facilities and very comfortable, we would stay again.

The building was very hot when we arrived but this is not the fault of the host as there is a heatwave.

The accommodation was spacious and quite well appointed. the location was great with a park across the road and the town centre within walking distance.

The property was dusty in places, the TV screens and bathrooms. There were cobwebs in many places, the shower heads in one of the ensuite shower rooms. The interior of the cabinet on the wall was dirty and in the other ensuite, the radiator was very rusty. The balcony needed to be swept while the seat of the chairs were chipped and broken. I reported all of these to the owner but he didnt respond.
