Old Side Boutique Hotel

Staff, especially Tamara who provided excellent service. The hotel is located in the center of the city and that is very convenient for tourists.

I loved the staff, location, the strong AC, wonderfully hot shower, comfy bed, cosy and soft bedsheets, and the views - both windows had wonderful views at the old city. I'd love to come back here.

I liked the closeness to the center. The room design was nice.

The road to the hotel was very confusing. Partly because of the city's road structure, but I would prefer a hotel on the main road, not narrow roads on which navigation maps do not work correctly (neither Waze nor Google Maps could properly show closed roads). The facilities in the room. For example, simple things like no rubbish bin inside the main room, only one in the bathroom, which is uncomfortable considering a 4-star hotel. Also, for a 2-person room, only one green tea and one black tea bag. When asked to double them, they said: "One person may drink green tea, another black tea". Even the water bottles were not free. The breakfast was not ideal for a 4-star hotel either.
