The hotel is beautiful and well located
On our last day we had agreed a later checkout. This took a lot of back and forth and went from a full charge for the entire night to free. We only wanted to extend by 2 hours. When we got back to the hotel we were told there were plumbers in our room and that there had been a leak from our room and they urgently had to get in. When we arrived there was clearly a leak which was displayed by a bucket in the middle of reception. Seemed odd it was suddenly urgent. It was also strange to have been put in a room with a leak when the hotel was clearly far from full. I think this could have been handled better.
