Brilliant location to explore Tbilisi. Lovely, modern rooms with great bathrooms and shower pressure.
One night was quite noisy from the street outside.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location in the heart of Tbilisi's Old Town, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Good breakfast. The lady serving breakfast was particularly warm, welcoming and attentive.
Not quite as fresh or well-maintained as the photographs suggest, and cleanliness could be improved. The reception staff seemed rather indifferent. A significant drawback is the noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which can be very loud late into the night.

Great location, clean hotel with really comfortable beds. Good air con.
The breakfast is quite limited

Good location if you want to visit the thermal baths and botanical garden for a couple nights but its quite a touristy area for food and drink
The streets around were very audible as if the windows had zero sound insulation. Mostly tourist trap restaurants nearby.
