The location, the breakfast .

The laundry service , you pay for ironing but obviously it was not done or then very badly .

I liked the breakfast. Good variety of food. Great quality. And having breakfast outside whet it didn’t rain was great!

Can’t think about anything negative.

The staff, the views, the location, the character, the room, the balcony, the cats, the discounts, the baths, the restaurant - you name it, we loved it. Loved the fact that they had umbrellas available to borrow at the front door. Tasty breakfast. Beds were comfy, aircon surprisingly strong. The staff were super kind and helpful at every request. They also have great recommendations (I asked reception for a tour guide recommendation for a large group and it was perfect). Do try the Istoria restaurant and the adjacent baths.

I don’t feel there was anything to criticise, but worth noting that access to the hotel is via some stairs. For a better view, try to get a room that is a little higher up. The hotel is not brand new, and there are some building works not too far away.

Comfortable bed and good pillows. The view from the balcony was nice and the hotel is situated in a picturesque area.

Loud music from the nearby bars, not a place to stay if you value your sleep. Eventually the music is turned down but between this and other guests getting up early for flights etc., we had very poor sleep. We stayed on Wednesday and Thursday nights so this is not just a weekend occurrence. We left the hotel feeling exhausted and paid a lot of money for the pleasure of this!
